Part III: Unveiling the Cover-Up

In December 2017, The New York Times released videos of encounters between United States Navy fighter jets and unidentified flying objects. At the same time, they revealed the existence of a secret Pentagon UFO program: Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

In April 2020, after decades of denial, the Department of Defense confirmed these facts. [D4]

Between the evidence presented by science and your own government’s confirmation, the presence of Visitors can no longer be denied.

However, from official releases and statements by government and military spokespeople, it seems as though their knowledge of the Phenomenon, centered mainly around craft, now referred to as Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP’s), is seemingly limited, despite decades of rumored secret investigations.

For almost a century, the world’s leading scientists, military officers, and intelligence personnel have spent trillions of tax-payer dollars investigating crashes, close encounters, and unexplained sightings. They told you they found nothing.

That was a lie.

1947:

That summer of 1947, these sightings made headlines in newspapers across the United States, an otherworldly collective on its own mysterious mission, culminating on July 8^th with the alleged recovery of a crashed disk on a ranch near Roswell, New Mexico. The military were quick to respond, but after first announcing that an object resembling a “flying disk” had been found and would be sent to the research center at Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio for further examination, the Air Force later changed that explanation, stating the object found was a weather balloon. Only weeks later, on September 18, President Truman passed the National Security Act. This law built the framework for America’s modern national security structure. Among other things, the legislation established the National Security Council and the CIA. According to historian Richard Dolan, this essentially created a state within a state – an intelligence infrastructure capable of maintaining a very high level of secrecy. “One with an enormous amount of power, an enormous amount of wealth, an enormous amount of secrecy, and latitude of action.”

Although the official Air Force position claimed that UFOs didn’t exist, on September 23, 1947, a secret memo titled Opinion Concerning “Flying Discs” written by General Nathan Twining, the Air Force Chief of Staff, to the Commanding General of the Army Air Forces, stated that: “It is the opinion that: The phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious.” It described metallic objects “circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top” and “often traveling in formations of three to nine craft.” The memo went on to describe, “The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll), and action which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically or remotely.” [W13]

1952:

Already, your government had started spinning its web of secrecy, telling the public only what they wanted them to know.

In the five-year period between 1947 and 1952, the Air Force received over 1,500 reports of sightings from across the country. Politicians, scientists, and the public alike wondered aloud about the source of these objects. In April of 1952, LIFE Magazine, with support from the Air Force, even published a scientific review of evidence, making a compelling case for interplanetary saucers.

In July of 1952, a wave of sightings over Washington D.C. were witnessed by the public, military pilots, and air traffic control, which picked up seven unknown blips on radar. Radar operators at Washington National Airport tracked UFO’s at speeds up to 7,000 miles per hour. For two Saturday nights in a row, air-traffic controllers at both Andrews and Bolling Air Force bases confirmed the objects as they flew through restricted airspace, and civilians described witnessing glowing red objects in the skies putting on what appeared to be some sort of demonstration. 1952-1969:

The organization investigating the reports of UFO sightings, from March 1952 to its termination in December 1969, was called Project Blue Book. The program was launched by the U.S. Air Force to allay fears from the public of the UFO activity, and to assure them that they were doing everything in their power to look into UFOs. Project Blue Book was led by civilian scientist Dr. J. Allen Hynek, a professor of physics and astronomy at The Ohio State University. He would become a UFO investigator for the Air Force for over twenty years.

During its lifespan, Blue Book investigated 12,618 reports of sightings and experiences. Despite efforts to explain them away, 701 were still filed as unexplained when the project shut down. So, why didn’t they tell the public?

In 1979, a decade after Blue Book had shut down, Dr. Hynek explained why the Air Force changed its public position: “They were strongly guided by the CIA because the CIA was not concerned so much with UFOs as they were with UFO reports. They were afraid, actually, that if another nation wanted to perpetrate another Pearl Harbor, that if their agents spawned a bunch of false flying saucer stories, it might clog the military wires. This actually happened in 1952. So, they devised the so-called Robertson Panel… They handed down the dictum which then became sort of the unwritten law of the Air Force: Don’t rock the boat. Play it down, cool it. Don’t get the public excited.”

In 1953, the Robertson Panel, comprised of some of the most respected physicists and astronomers of the day, was tasked with providing a fair and independent academic analysis of the UFO case files.

However, government documents to the Deputy Director for Intelligence suggest that the people on the committee were instead answering to and working for the CIA, with the aim of debunking UFO case studies by filming the release of weather balloons or catfishing amateur astronomers with preselected video evidence, then debunking it. The memo states, “The ‘debunking’ aim would result in reduction in public interest in ‘flying saucers’ which today evokes a strong psychological reaction.”

Thus, it’s clear that Project Blue Book didn’t exist to investigate the truth. They existed to cover it up. [D7,W9,W13]

“I know, having been in Blue Book for nearly twenty years, that whenever an interesting case came up, the very last thing in the world they would do is to notify the media. And when the media themselves found out something, the Air Force did its best to play it down.”

Individuals and small groups were easy for Project Blue Book to discredit, but they tried the same tactic with mass sightings, too.

The 1966 UFO sightings over Dexter, Michigan led to then House Minority Leader and future President Gerald Ford, along with Representative Weston Vivian, both from Michigan, to call for Congressional Hearings into the matter when they received the unsatisfactory explanation of ‘swamp gas’ from the Air Force in response to the wave of sightings. It was a statement made by Dr. Hynek, in fact, which he later said was his biggest regret.

Congress heard testimony from a number of witnesses. Former Marine Corps Major Donald Keyhoe asserted that “the Air Force, at one time, had a top secret estimate that these things were interplanetary spaceships.” The Air Force, however, maintained that it was hiding nothing.

Due to pressure from Congress, and in an effort to maintain a neutral investigation, eleven scientists at the University of Colorado were enlisted to analyze and make public their conclusions of the most compelling UFO cases. Like the Robertson Panel, this project was also doomed from the beginning. [D1,D4,W9]

Based on the Condon Committee’s conclusion that there was nothing to the UFO claims, Project Blue Book shuttered on December 18, 1969, coming to no official conclusion except that the Phenomenon posed no national security threat. At least, that’s what they told the public, and it seemed like the Book was closed. Why then, in the following ten years alone, were 25,000 more UFO reports submitted?

The end of Project Blue Book ushered in four decades of public denial and obfuscation by the government and military that resulted in convincing the great majority of population, whom only two decades before had believed overwhelming in the Phenomenon, that sightings and experiences were the result of psychosis or hysteria. Visitations, contact, and abductions were relegated to ridicule, repudiation, and checkout counter tabloids, and anyone who spoke favorably of investigating the phenomenon, regardless of their credentials, was discredited or silenced.

Worse still, the group behind this was outside all government oversight, including, at times, even the President of the United States.

And there is some group of people somewhere that may or may not be associated with government at this point, but certainly were at one time, that had this knowledge, and had been attempting to conceal this knowledge.”

1942-1969: The Buried History

The Origins of a Cover-Up

Though the public learned of the Phenomenon in 1947, those in military and government were aware of it well before and had even had practice staging multiple cover-ups before the infamous Roswell crash that gained national attention. A short step back in time to the early 1940’s sets the stage for the following seventy years of secrecy and helps explain the actions taken by a small yet powerful group of operators.

In late April 1941, a round silver disk crashed, setting fire to a field just west of Cape Giradeau Airport in southeastern Missouri. The locals of the town saw the crash and pulled out three pilots, four feet tall, gray skin, thin limbs, and big black eyes. They had died at the scene, and the local pastor, Reverend William G. Huffman, was called to administer last rites. Soon, the US Military arrived at the crash site, forced the local townspeople to secrecy, and took all the evidence. Neither the FBI nor the US Air Force could identify records related to this event.

Later that year, on December 7, 1941 Imperial Japan attacked the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii after a decades-long buildup of hostility between the two nations. This marked the official entrance of the US into the Second World War, and months later, all eyes were still on the skies, weary of another attack.

February 27, 1942

Just two days after the Los Angeles Air Raid, President Franklin D. Roosevelt penned the following memo to the Chief of Staff of the Army, George Marshall:

I have considered the disposition of the material in possession of the Army that may be of great significance toward the development of a super weapon of war. I disagree with the argument that such information should be shared with our ally the Soviet Union. Consultation with Dr. Bush and other scientists on the issue of finding practical uses for the atomic secrets learned from the study of celestial devices precludes any further discussion and I therefore authorize Dr. Bush to proceed with the project without further delay. This information is vital to the nation’s superiority and must remain within the confines of state secrets. Any further discussion of the matter will be restricted to General Donovan, Dr. Bush, the Secretary of War (Henry Stimson), and yourself. The challenge our nation faces is daunting and perilous in this undertaking and I have committed the resources of the government towards that end. You have my assurance that when the circumstances are favorable and we are victorious, the Army will have the fruits of research in exploring further applications of this new wonder. You may speak to me about this if the above is not wholly clear.

August 16, 1945: Socorro, New Mexico

Trinity was the code name of the first detonation of a nuclear device. It was conducted by the United States Army at 5:29 a.m. on July 16, 1945, as part of the Manhattan Project. Taking place at the White Sands Missile Range, the explosion yielded the equivalent of 15 kilotons of TNT and was witnessed by the top scientists and military personnel in the country, including Robert Oppenheimer and Vannevar Bush.

Exactly one month later on August 16, sixteen miles from the White Sands Missile Range, two young boys, Reme Baca and Jose Padilla, ages 9 and 7, heard a loud explosion similar to the Trinity atomic bomb test they had heard just weeks before. Following the sound, they came upon the crash site of a 25-30 foot avocado-shaped object. Inside were three injured beings with tall, thin bodies that looked like human-sized praying mantises who communicated with them through images in their mind. Over the next several days, the boys watched from a hill as the military retrieved the crashed craft and beings. This information was brought to light by investigators Paola Harris and Jacques Vallée, who researched this case for five years and determined the craft was downed after crashing into the beam of a radar unit on Oscura Peak that had been built to measure the Trinity test. July 8, 1947: Corona/Roswell, New Mexico

A rancher outside Corona, New Mexico found a field of debris and, over the next few days, notified the authorities. The Roswell Army Airfield Press Office public relations officer Lt. Warren Haught announced a disk had been found, and two military officers, including Major Jesse Marcel, were dispatched to investigate. They came across an expanse of debris spread across an area the size of a dozen football fields, including sheets of a very light but very strong metal unlike anything previously seen.

Marcel was instructed to transport the wreckage to Fort Worth Army Airfield. There, he was met by the commanding officer, Brig. Gen. Roger Ramey, commander of the Eighth Air Force, who told him to keep silent in the face of what was becoming a media frenzy. Marcel was ordered to pose with wood, foil, and rubber debris from a conventional weather balloon, and General Ramey told the newspapers the wreckage was from a weather observation balloon, not a crashed alien disk as originally reported.

Col. Thomas DuBose, who was also ordered to pose with the fake debris, was told, “This is the highest priority you can exhibit, and you will say nothing. More than Top Secret, beyond that. This is the story we’re going to tell the public.”

As if more evidence of a coverup was needed, when the negatives of the posed photograph were acquired and the image digitized and blown up, the item in General Ramey’s hand was revealed to be a piece of paper, a telegram, in fact, which instructed that the “victims of the wreck” should be transported to Wright Patterson. The most popular file in the FBI Vault is Memorandum 6751, or the Guy Hottel Memo. It was penned by Guy Hottel, head of the FBI Washington D.C. Field Office, to Director J. Edgar Hoover on March 22, 1950 regarding three flying saucers that were recovered in New Mexico:

“They [the saucers] were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter. Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only three feet tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed fliers and test pilots.”

Years after Roswell, while categorizing Project Blue Book files for the creation of the first UFO database, Hynek colleague and investigator Jacques Vallée came upon a January 9, 1953 document nicknamed the Pentacle Memo that referred to Project Stork and described an ultra-secret major operation, an expensive, highly funded scientific investigation working parallel to Project Blue Book, unknown to all but a select few. The letter was signed by H.C. Cross, Director of Exotic Metallurgy at Battelle National Laboratories. According to Vallée, “These were the people who had analyzed the facts with a large budget, with highly competent physicists and computer scientists. Who are these people? What information did they have?” [D4]

FDR’s letter (1942), Smith’s memo (1950), and Vallée’s memo (1953), as well as a collection of additional government documents all point toward one thing:

Project Blue Book was the semi-secretive yet somewhat public front of the US Government’s UFO investigations. With many thousands of reports coming in from across the country, the government had to appear, for a time, to be looking into the matter. However, another group, completely secretive, completely buried, operated parallel to but beneath Project Blue Book, a group that had their origins just after the United States entrance into WWII.

In 1948, an operation called Project Sign was established by Air Force General Nathan Twining and initially named Project SAUCER. The goal of the project was to collect, evaluate, and distribute within the government all information relating to UFO sightings, on the premise that they might represent a national security concern. Though a little light on the ‘distribution’ side, the project concluded that Earth was being visited by people from outer space with a higher level of civilization and technology than humans. When the report landed on the desk of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Hoyt S. Vandenberg, he said, “We cannot accept this conclusion. Write another paper.”

So, in early 1949, MJ-12, under the guise of the Air Force, then undertook Project Grudge which was intended to alleviate public anxiety over UFOs and persuade the public that UFOs constituted nothing unusual or extraordinary. Their new conclusions were:

1. There is no evidence that objects reported upon are the result of an advanced scientific foreign development; and, therefore they constitute no direct threat to the national security. In view of this, it is recommended that the investigation and study of reports of unidentified flying objects be reduced in scope.
2. All evidence and analyses indicate that reports of unidentified flying objects are the result of:
3. Misinterpretation of various conventional objects.
4. A mild form of mass-hysteria and war nerves.
5. Individuals who fabricate such reports to perpetrate a hoax or to seek publicity.
6. Psychopathological persons.

UFO sightings were explained as balloons, conventional aircraft, planets, meteors, optical illusions, solar reflections, or even “large hailstones.” Project officials recommended that the project be reduced in scope because the very existence of Air Force official interest encouraged people to believe in UFOs and contributed to a “war hysteria” atmosphere. Project Grudge later morphed into Project Blue Book, which continued the debunking and disinformation effort.

One of the members of the Majestic-12, Secretary of Defense James Forrestral, disagreed with the group’s doctrine of secrecy and argued for transparency to the people of the world. After being admitted Bethesda Naval Hospital, he fell to his death from a high window in April 1949. The cause was ruled as a suicide. [D7,D12,W10,W13]

Over the following decades, the seeds sown in the MJ-12 project would grow into something deeper, darker, and even more difficult to control.

In 1976, just after then President-Elect Carter was elected, he called the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, George H.W. Bush, to a meeting, and asked Bush if he, as the Director of Central Intelligence, would give to Carter, as the president-elect, all of the information he had on the potential existence of extraterrestrial life and the issue of whether or not any of the UFO vehicles might be vehicles from a different star system. Bush refused to give him the information and told him he would have to get the Congressional Resource Service at the Library of Congress to declassify it if he was going to get it.

Decades later, President Clinton admitted himself that he sought information on the subject and was told there was nothing to it. In response to these comments, President Obama claimed, “Yeah, that’s what we’re supposed to say.” Whether these leaders never discovered the truth or learned to toe the party line, it is certain that someone has spent the last seventy years pulling the American Presidents’ strings. Covert Operations Community

The element of the power elite that owns most of the stock in the major corporations, especially oil, natural gas, pharmaceuticals, railroads, and shipping industries, stems from the robber baron families of the 19^th century that laid claims to those areas of the national and global economies and have never relinquished them. Those families and interests became the foundation of the post-WWII military, intelligence community, and industrial elites. This group was fully aware that, after the United States detonated the atomic bomb, UFOs were seen wherever the COC was conducting experiments, storing weapons, launching weapons, or doing further research and development. The military-industrial complex, as Eisenhower called it, became very powerful and developed clandestine, covert, special-access projects that eventually moved the President out of the way. But to carry out these black ops programs, they would need money, and a lot of it. So, where did they get the funding?

On September 10, 2001, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld told the US Senate that he could not track $2.3 trillion in transactions. The Pentagon’s official budget for that fiscal year was only $310 billion, yet the Defense Department somehow managed to lose eight times the amount of their annual budget.

This would have been the story of the decade, except the topic was tabled for national security reasons due to the 9/11 Attack the very next day. Regardless, it is exceedingly clear that there is a lot of money flowing through federal offices that is of uncertain origin and uncertain destination. That’s a perfect way to siphon out trillions of dollars for covert, black budget operations with no oversight whatsoever.

Interestingly enough, most of those killed in the Pentagon on the September 11^th attack were from the Army’s Accounting Office, those who would be looking into the missing funds. Also interesting are the assertions made by Major General Albert Stubblebine, former commanding general of the US Army Intelligence and Security Command, who contends that the building was hit by a missile rather than a inexplicably-vaporized Boeing 757. Two dozen former military officers agree that there was a conspiracy on 9/11, which also brought down the two World Trade Center towers that, according to WTC construction manager Frank de Martini, had been specifically designed and constructed to withstand a direct impact by one or more jetliners.

If the COC had a hand in these attacks, this would be a sin of the most grievous degree. What possible reason would elements of the US Government have for highjacking the horrific, tragic events of 9/11 to attack themselves? For starters, it seems like a good way to bury what otherwise would have been a massive scandal leading to an extensive investigation into their operations.

Furthermore, a 2015 audit by the DOD Inspector General found that the amount of the missing funds was no longer $2.3 trillion, but $6.5 trillion. Then, in 2019, that amount grew to $21 trillion. The independent firms hired by Congress to look into the Pentagon’s bookkeeping when the DOD proved unable to audit themselves were simply not able to finish the job because the financial records were so riddled with deficiencies, irregularities, and errors that a reliable audit was simply impossible. How does a group of people trained to make their beds with hospital corners lose the receipts to an amount of taxpayer funds exceeding four years’ worth of the entire federal budget? [D1,D3,D7,D13]

Fortunately, you’ve now started to ask the right questions.

The Boeing 757 that allegedly hit the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 was 155 feet long with a wingspan of 125 feet, yet there is no evidence of a plane in this security footage released by the Associated Press.

Zero: An Investigation Into 9/11

After September 11^th, 2001, the American people were paralyzed with fear and grief. They displayed an unprecedented show of solidarity and patriotism as they flew their American flag from their cars and houses and rallied behind an overwhelmed President Bush, brought together as one by terror and loss. Few raised an eyebrow as constitutionally protected freedoms disappeared, and the war drum beat loud and unopposed. The 9/11 attack set the stage for an invasion agenda that had been preplanned for years, as General Wesley Clark revealed in a 2007 interview when he described a conversation with a general that took place inside the Pentagon only ten days after September 11^th. The general shared with Clark that the US was going to war with Iraq, which surprised them both as no evidence had been found linking Saddam Hussein, then President of Iraq, to Al-Qaeda, who was responsible for the terrorist attack. When Clark asked why, the general responded, “I don’t know. I guess they don’t know what else to do.”

A few weeks later, Clark visited the general again, asking if they were still going to war with Iraq. The general responded:

“Oh, it’s worse than that. “I just got this down from [the Secretary of Defense’s office] today. It’s a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and finishing off with Iran.”

A year before the attack, in a September 2000 report titled, “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces, and Resources for a New Century,” A Project for the New American Century, a neo-conservative thinktank, asserted that only a “new Pearl Harbor” would generate the political will for the military and defense policy transformations the group desired. That same document went on to describe the need to put weapons in space and even predicts the creation of the Space Force. [D1,D3]

The Lost Century

Motivation:

We have lost a hundred years of evolution on planet Earth. A true lost century. Huge progress was made in the 1920s as Nikola Tesla developed energy-generation technologies that could power the Earth, drawing endless free energy from the so-called “empty space” around you. The amount of energy in a cubic meter of space-time (10^26 joules) is enough to boil off all the world’s oceans into steam.

Free-energy technology would liberate Earth from fossil fuels, environmental devastation, and poverty in a single generation. The implications of free energy go far beyond keeping your lights on in your home or powering your car without gasoline. Most of the cost of making anything, from growing food to constructing a skyscraper, is spent on the energy used to mine the raw materials out of the ground – ship, process, ship, package, deliver. Free-energy technology was only one half of the equation when it came to advanced extraterrestrial technology. Early research into anti-gravity technology gained momentum in the 1930s as Adolf Hitler poured tremendous resources into developing his secret weapon, the Flying Bell. Once the United States acquired these technologies, they were augmented with the study of retrieved extraterrestrial craft, and a fleet of alien-reproduction vehicles was created by corporations like Bell Labs, General Electric, Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, Boeing Phantom Works, Northrop Grumman Black Widow, EG&G, Raytheon, E-systems, Mitre Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Throughout the 1950s, mainstream newspapers, popular magazines, technical journals, and declassified papers reported the existence of the gravity control propulsion research that was on the cusp of discovering anti-gravity technology. Then, all of a sudden, the articles stopped. This is when the COC cracked the technology and took it underground, keeping it totally covert. [D1,D3]

Decades later, in 1986, Ben Rich, Director of Lockheed Skunkworks (Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Program), confirmed there are two categories of UFOs: Manmade UFO’s and Extraterrestrial UFO’s.

On November 12, 1988, a classified military exhibit took place at Norton Air Force base. In one of the hangars, three alien reproduction vehicles (ARVs) were displayed. The craft hovered off the floor with no landing gear beneath them and nothing supporting them from above. Additionally, they could travel across twelve miles of airspace in under two seconds and make right angle turns at high speeds without creating supersonic shockwaves of any kind, thus confirming that everything Bob Lazar has been saying for thirty years was correct.

In 1993, during a speech to alumni at UCLA, Ben Rich stated, “We now have the technology to take E.T. home,” and “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we know how to do.”

In 2019, further evidence of these programs surfaced when a series of notes from a 2002 interview between astrophysicist Eric Davis and Admiral Thomas Wilson leaked into the public sphere. In the interview, Admiral Wilson claimed that he had been gatekept from his regulatory authority over these reverse-engineering programs as Deputy Director of DIA/Assistant Joint Chief of Staff by one of the country’s top aerospace companies who was conducting these experiments with no oversight from any governmental agency, the White House, or Congress. According to the notes, Admiral Wilson stated that he was told by the gatekeepers that there program was reverse-engineering craft whose technology “was not of this Earth – not made by man – not by human hands.”

One of the most dangerous things occurring on your planet today is this out-of-control covert group that is not being overseen by the people, the Congress, or the President, who have developed advanced technologies and are recklessly using them to track and target extraterrestrial vehicles. The result is that you’re in a crisis that is unacknowledged, because these projects are unacknowledged. [D1,D3]

Manipulation and Misinformation

Against Individuals

In addition to obtaining many new material technologies from recovered craft, the COC mined a wealth of information from the beings they held in captivity, specifically around the potential of expanding the capabilities of the human mind. The COC knows the science of consciousness is real. Through their research, they knew that extraterrestrial technology interfaces with thought, telepathy, and consciousness. This is an open secret in the intelligence community.

The public has been led to believe that power is derived from weapons systems or financial clout. That is only true within a materialistic paradigm. The reason the deeper elements of the intelligence community have an intense interest in psychic abilities, and don’t want the public to know, is that it is extremely efficient spy craft, which they don’t want others to have. They know that if people understood the power of consciousness, on both the individual and group levels, then the masses would be able to completely change the direction of the planet. In that scenario, they would lose their grasp on power and control. [D1,D2]

The government then put this knowledge to practical use with boots-on-the-ground disinformation agents, like former Special Agent Richard Doty who, during his career with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, was responsible for government-sanctioned counterintelligence operations against US Citizens.

One such case was that of Paul Bennewitz, a talented scientist and businessman who began investigating mysterious occurrences at, above, and around Kirtland Air Force Base near his home. As a result of his interactions with Doty and other government agencies who fed him disinformation, Bennewitz believed he had uncovered an alien plot to colonize the planet and subjugate the human race. He suffered psychological trauma, was admitted to a psychiatric hospital, and ultimately died.

Doty also funneled disinformation to researcher Bill Moore, investigator Linda Moulton Howe, and has confirmed that the Office of Special Operations, specifically the 7602^nd Air Intelligence Wing, conducted staged interfaces with the public using anti-gravity alien reproduction vehicles and man-made robotic systems created to mimic extraterrestrial lifeforms to create public fear of UFOs and ETs. This psychological warfare project is still classified, and Doty asserts that the program is most likely still active and in operation.

The government will use the extraterrestrial phenomenon to cover their own deep-black programs, and the suspicion of deep-black programs to cover up the extraterrestrial phenomenon. Additionally, in a 1992 entry of his book Forbidden Science 4, Jacques Vallée stated that he had “secured a document confirming that the CIA simulated UFO abductions in Latin America (Brazil and Argentina) as psychological warfare experiments.”

During his twenty-year career with the Air Force, Doty’s name as an intelligence agent was publicly revealed by Moulton Howe. It’s hard to be a spook when everyone knows your name, so Doty’s mission had to evolve. He has since publicly left the Office of Special Investigations and now attends UFO Conferences as a ‘private citizen,’ continuing to muddy the waters between what is real and what is hoaxed by embedding himself in the heart of the UFO community and appearing in numerous documentaries on the UFO subject.

Denying something exists is the best way to keep a secret.

Thus, one of the most powerful elements of the structure of secrecy has to do with the infiltration and control over mainstream media, the primary instrument used for the dissemination of information to the public. That was Step One.

There is an abundance of documents and memos citing the psychological warfare and propaganda value of the subject of the Phenomenon, including internal documents from the Defense Department intelligence agencies explicitly stating the desire to mislead the media by engaging in a campaign of ridiculing and destroying the credibility of completely credible, completely honest eyewitnesses to sightings of UFOs and extraterrestrial beings. The suppression of this evidence creates a void of information.

Next, you fill that void with a curated, cherry-picked selection of data points, controlling the information flow. According to documents on file, the CIA has agents embedded in all the major media to change, alter, and affect stories to their benefit.

In the 1970s, the project was known as Operation Mockingbird. Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Carl Bernstein, in his 1977 Rolling Stone cover story “The CIA and the Media” reported that CIA files describe Agency relationships with reporters, freelancers, editors, columnists, commentators, publishers, publications like the New York Times, Time, and Newsweek, and broadcast networks like ABC and CBS. Some of these contacts were paid, either in cash or through CIA supplemented salaries via the broadcast networks. The report also described a program to train CIA agents to pass as journalists in the industry.

Finally, to maintain the secret, you hide it in plain sight. You create an environment where the subject is so pilloried and ridiculed that no respectable scientist or doctor would want to be identified with it. [D1]

When information about the COC’s operations happened to leak, they could simply brush it off as conspiracy theorists (a term coined by the CIA) run amuck rather than be held accountable to the citizens they serve, citizens who have every right for transparency from their government.

All of this distortion has essentially relegated the UFO phenomenon to little more than white noise, to the point that, even when faced with the truth, the media, and therefore the public, largely ignores the subject entirely, adopting a ‘somebody important will tell us if it’s important’ mentality. This was demonstrated in exemplary style by the response to the 2001 National Press Club event.

After Admiral Wilson was barred from his oversight responsibilities of reverse-engineering projects by gatekeepers at EG&G, he gave to the man who had brought the situation to his attention, Dr. Steven Greer, founder of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the Disclosure Project, the greenlight to take the issue public.

On May 9, 2001, Dr. Greer gathered twenty top-secret military, intelligence, and government witnesses, backed by over 500 additional military and intelligence witnesses, before the mainstream media of the world in Washington D.C. to disclose illegal secret government operations and the extraterrestrial presence. This was the largest event in the history of the National Press Club. All witnesses who spoke, including Carol Rosin who warned of the earlier mentioned “Four Cards” plot, agreed to testify under oath to Congress that their accounts and observations were true, under penalty of perjury. On his thoughts before the event, one of the witnesses, Dan Willis, former U.S. Naval Specialist and ABC newsman, commented, “I couldn’t imagine how this would not be a world-changing event with what was being disclosed.” However, the event was sabotaged from the public’s awareness, given what Willis describes as a “limited hangout,” an industry term for a tactic of perception management for glossing over an undesirable subject. The event received about one minute of coverage on the major news outlets, the message being that the group just wanted congressional hearings into the matter.

Let’s be frank, here. We are aware of plenty of instances in which governments have engaged in propaganda efforts to distort the view of their people in their favor. You can’t be shocked that it’s happening to you, too.

2001 National Press Club: The Disclosure Project

Unfortunately, your indoctrination began even earlier than you realized. This is the result of a failing education system that was not intended to excel or exceed but, rather, to support the paradigm that bolstered the elite and trapped the working class in a perpetual state of scarcity. It’s a fact that intelligent people are harder to control.

In 1902, oil tycoon John D. Rockefeller, the wealthiest American of all time, created the General Education Board that provided funding for schools and was largely influential in shaping the current education system. The GEB approved all textbooks, editing and eliminating histories that did not reinforce the social order. As Rockefeller put it, “I don’t want a nation of thinkers, I want a nation of workers.”

The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed a standard citizenry, to suppress dissent and originality. Public education does not encourage critical thinking nor does it foster imagination. It does not teach emotional intelligence. It does not encourage the pupils to work together to solve problems. It does not seek out and help nurture an individual’s innate skills and abilities. It just gives you tasks.

And, no surprise, those who never question the system have historically seemed to fare much better than those who challenge the status quo.

The COC has also engaged in one of the most time-honored, effective tactics of creating fear and control over large populations. As Nazis did with Jews in Germany or the KKK with the Black Community in the United States, the COC has infiltrated the media and Hollywood with intelligence assets who have created a boogeyman in extraterrestrial visitation.

The device used is called predictive programming, in which an idea is subtly cast into the sphere of public awareness for easy and pain-free integration into the collective psyche and belief system as existing within the realm of possibility. It was President Nixon who stated to the New York Times in a 1994 article, “The American people don’t believe anything’s real until they see it on television.”

The vast majority of productions that have ever been made about extraterrestrial contact have portrayed the Visitors as vile, hostile monsters and a danger to humankind, one with whom first contact will result in a devastating bloodbath for the inhabitants of Earth. They are conditioning you to have a knee-jerk reaction of fear to the Unknown, especially when it comes to Visitors from Outer Space.

Luckily, predictive programming can also be used for the positive growth of the population. We will revisit how The Outer Limits, Star Trek, Star Wars, and Close Encounters of the Third Kind were designed to have an important impact on the human collective in a future section.

You can see now how the COC has poisoned the roots of every trusted American institution through their campaign of infiltration and disinformation. This has worked for the COC for 70 years. Why would they change it now? [D1]

How do you make people believe in danger from space if nobody believes there is any intelligent life in space? Thus, you are now being conditioned to the idea that there really is something there through a slow drip of cherry-picked stories and curated facts.

Centralized monopolies of power and government, the defense industry, and the corporate media are all converging on the same narrative: Extraterrestrials are real, they’re here, and they’re a threat.

The COC has spent the last thirteen years controlling the reemergence of the Phenomenon, crafting a narrative that would expel them of both responsibility and suspicion. All they had to do was wait for the right moment. As evidenced, regular inquiries into the Visitor phenomenon have been made by high-ranking officials since public knowledge of the mystery began. It was only a matter of time before someone new started poking around in the timeframe that fit the COC’s schedule. [D3,D7]

Within the most effective misinformation is buried a core of truth. Therefore, the COC’s strategy needed to be two-fold: Acknowledge UFO’s are real, and establish them as a threat to unite the world behind the national security state.

First, they began to prepare the public for the knowledge that extraterrestrials do exist, that they have been visiting us for some time, and that Contact is possible. However, this notion had to be presented as a dawning revelation for the military, as well. This would alleviate them of suspicion from having buried the truth. Pay attention to the language as they make statements like this:

“Everything that we know and have learned about mankind and its place in the universe suggests that we are part of the norm. We are not the exception. Within the last month, a planet was identified that has water a mere 110 light years away from Earth. We need to begin to prepare to accept and understand that we are not alone in the universe, have not been at all throughout this time.” -Christopher Mellon

In 2017, a decade after the formation of AATIP – right on schedule – it was Christopher Mellon who obtained UFO tapes from the Pentagon and chose Helene Cooper, Ralph Blumenthal, and Leslie Kean of The New York Times to break the story about the Pentagon AATIP program and the government’s acknowledgment of the existence of UFO’s, something the public seemed to have forgotten they already did 65 years earlier. Christopher Mellon is a former Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, United States Defense Department and member of the wealthy and influential Mellon Family. His grandfather, Andrew Mellon, was a former Secretary of Treasury and had intimate dealings with Hjalmar Schacht, Hitler’s private banker.

After AATIP was created, then leaked, Stage Two of the COC’s plan went into effect.

The second objective the COC needed to accomplish was to present that notion – that Contact is possible – in a light that creates uncertainty, concern, and the shadow of a threat, again, in a manner consistent with dawning realization for the military and intelligence communities.

The COC started leaking, or rather, controlling the release, of documents and videos that trickled into the mainstream media that has spent decades taking direction from the intelligence community. Despite having recovered alien craft seventy years before, these objects were instead being presented to the public as so:

“Objects that are moving so fast, and yet, we don’t see an ionization trail in the air, and you don’t hear a sonic boom. How is that possible?” -Luis Elizondo

Former Counterintelligence agent Luis Elizondo was designated as the head of AATIP, then later resigned from the same program, stating “concerns of national security and potential vulnerability”. The covert, no-longer-covert government program had served its purpose. Now, the COC needed to switch gears and gain the trust of the public.

This was accomplished through formation of the To the Stars Academy (TTSA), a public benefit corporation which brands itself as “A collaboration between academia, industry, and pop culture to advance society’s understanding of scientific phenomena and its technological implications.” In reality, it’s a thinly-veiled front group for the Defense Intelligence Agency with staff that include CIA Veteran and Intelligence Strategist Jim Semivan, the former head of Covert Operations, Domestic. Of note, the National Securities Act of 1947, the act signed by President Truman after Roswell that established the NSC and CIA, contains a specific ban on intelligence operatives from operating domestically. Additionally, the cast of the History Channel program, Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation, whose first two seasons aired from May 2019 to August 2020 but of which reruns continue to air, includes TTSA members Christopher Mellon, former director of Advanced Systems Development at Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works division Steve Justice (who led research and development of classified programs for the US military) and Luis Elizondo, who stated in a Vice article, “None of us at TTSA consider ourselves ‘Ufologists’ or part of the ‘Ufology culture,’ in fact, most of us come from a U.S. government background (both Defense and Intelligence).”

Luis Elizondo is a former U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent and former employee of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.

One of the COC’s favorite cherry-picked investigations is the 2004 Nimitz incident.

In November 2004, the USS Nimitz carrier strike group was training about 100 miles southwest of San Diego. Nearby, the USS Princeton detected multiple anomalous arial vehicles descending 80k feet in less than a second. Two F-18 super hornets were dispatched to investigate and found an area of white water in what was otherwise a calm, blue sea. They observed something the size of a 737 just under the water, and a white, tictac-shaped UAP moving erratically just above the surface. As the pilots approached, the tictac disappeared, reappearing on radar seconds later at a location 60 miles away. The pilots described the incident in terms of military vulnerability compared with the craft’s unlimited loiter time and superior acceleration.

In an interview, Christopher Mellon stated, “I interviewed three of the four aviators who were with Dave [Commander David Fravor, Navy Strike Fighter Squadron] during that encounter, and it was readily apparent to everyone involved that that vehicle had what they call dominant battlespace awareness. It was in control of that engagement from the outset. There was no question that it completely outmatched our frontline fighters.”

And to alleviate the COC of suspicion, he added: “I served on the Special Access Program Oversight Committee, so I had access to all of the black programs in those days. We know perfectly well there’s nothing like that behind the scenes or even on the drawing boards.” [D4]

Do you trust him to tell you if there was?

Remember what Ben Rich said in 1993: “We have things flying in the Nevada desert that are fifty years beyond what you could comprehend. If you’ve seen it on Star Wars or Star Trek, we’ve been there, done that, or decided it wasn’t worth the effort. They have about forty-five hundred people at Lockheed Skunkworks. What have they been doing for the last eighteen or twenty years? They’re building something.”

Let’s look again at the ‘controlled release’ again – this time, in slow motion:

Documentary filmmaker (trusted source) and UFO enthusiast (takes the bait) Jeremy Corbell was on the receiving end of a leaked 2019 UFO video in which a pyramid shaped object flies over a US Navy destroyer (threat). The Pentagon later confirmed the video as authentic in early 2021 (controlled release).

Now, the media presentation:

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson: “Do you believe that they sincerely don’t know what these things are?”

Jeremy Corbell: “Oh, they don’t. We have the best military on planet Earth, the greatest intelligence agencies. These are true unknowns, and they were swarming our military arsenals. They’re seen over nuclear facilities. This is documented. We need to find out who is operating these vehicles.”

Still? The same agnosticism after seventy years?

The problem is this: What the COC also knows is that many Visiting Nations are peaceful and want only cooperation with humanity and to help us save our own planet. They have been alongside mankind all along. They have vastly superior understandings of the universe and their technology, before the COC reverse-engineered it, was lightyears ahead of Planet Earth’s best advancements. If the Visitors had wanted to do us harm, they would have done it. Humans have done plenty to deserve it.

As investigator Dr. Steven Greer stated, step into the shoes of an extraterrestrial who is tied into an interdimensional universe that overlaps your own Earth:

In one person’s lifespan, the human race’s military capabilities completely transformed, from machine guns and cannons in WWI, to thermonuclear weapons, then into the Space Age, then, these clandestine, covert, unacknowledged projects develop weapons systems based on studying extraterrestrial systems, then you strapped them onto satellites, aircraft, ships, and subs. A hundred years saw two world wars, the advent of weapons of mass destruction, a competitive space race between two nuclear powers, the destruction of your environment, the targeting of extraterrestrial assets on both Earth and in space, and successfully killing ETs and downing their spacecraft.

If the ET’s were hostile in the way that humans think of an invading, weaponized force, they would have made a stand the day the US Military detonated the first atomic bomb. That did not happen. They acknowledge that this dimension of Earth is a human realm and that your dimension of your planet is your responsibility. [D3]
