Part IV: Unveiling the Phenomenon

Jim Sparks is a repeated abductee with 95% recall of his experiences. In the closing of his book, The Keepers, he recounts his 1995 abduction to an abandoned fairground where he was met by a dozen scaled, reptilian beings that told Mr. Sparks, collectively, as one:

“It’s true that we have been in contact with your government and heads of power. It is also true that agreements have been made and kept secret from your people. It is also true that in the past some of your people have lost their lives or have been badly hurt to protect this secret. Our hands had no part in this.

“We contacted your leaders because your planet is in grave trouble. Your leaders said the vast majority of your population wasn’t ready for anything like us yet, so we made time agreements with your leaders as to when your people would be made aware of our presence. This part of the agreement has not at all been kept.

“It was also agreed that in the meantime steps would be taken to correct the environmental condition of your planet with our advice and technology. We say ‘advice’ because we respect the fact that this is your planet, not ours. They also broke that agreement.

“Your air, your water, are contaminated. Your forests, jungles, trees, and plant life are dying. There are several breaks in your food chain. You have an overwhelming amount of nuclear and biological weapons, which include nuclear and biological contamination. Your planet is overpopulated.

“Warning: It is almost to the point of being too late, unless your people act. There are better ways of deriving energy and food needs without causing your planet any damage.

“Those in power are aware of this and have the capability of putting these methods into worldwide use. [They do not because] those in power view it as a military and security threat.” [W17]

Thus, with Official Contact grinding along at the speed of human enlightenment, the Visitors embarked on a mission of assisting humanity in raising its consciousness through a campaign of soft disclosure through contact with individuals, slowly expanding humanity’s awareness one sighting or interaction at a time, and those with whom they communed often shared their experiences and the knowledge gleaned therein with all those who would listen. Therefore, to drill down further, you must turn to those who have had direct, first-hand contact with the Visitors.

For over four decades, Darryl Anka has had telepathic contact with a higher being of a culture called the Sassani who, for ease of communication with humans, took the name Bashar, which means ‘messenger’ in Arabic, emphasizing the being’s philosophy that what is most important for humans to grasp is the message, not the messengers themselves. Bashar has provided insight to many people on Earth through his communion with Mr. Anka, who is able to channel Bashar by entering the gamma stage of brainwave activity, a much higher frequency than humans normally operate during waking hours, but closer to that rate at which many advanced beings naturally experience consciousness. Bashar shared further insight on this topic, which was included in Anka’s essay “Telepathic Contact with Extraterrestrial Intelligence”:

“You see, our energy is so much more overwhelming at this higher frequency than yours, it can overpower your sense of identity. You are not fully integrated enough to hold your own. So, by delivering information to you in the way that we are, you can then absorb it and change at your own rate. When you have upgraded your frequency enough and meet us halfway, then our energies will be harmonized and synchronized. You won’t experience this loss of identity or give your power over to us. If we do it too soon, too prematurely, we are not really doing you any favors. It would be disruptive, not only to your society but to you as an individual. The more you change and grow and become more of yourself, the more you will be like us, the more compatible we will be, and the more we can interact physically, and that is when contact will occur.” -Bashar of the Sassani, via channeler Darryl Anka [W5]

Based on his analysis, Dr. Mack goes on to give his thoughts on the meaning behind these experiences:

First, abductees are being told over and over that this phenomenon is occurring in the context of the threat to the Earth as a living system, a response to the ecological devastation that our particular species has undertaken.

Second, this other intelligence appears to function as a kind of intermediary between the Source of creation and us, emissaries perhaps, of the “cosmic correction” that is required on Earth. This does not mean that every kind of alien being is involved in that mission. But the beings are often perceived in this way.

Third, a message is coming through to us that we have lost connection with what some aliens, and some humans who have had these experiences, call Source, or Home, the divine core of creativity, the light. We are being told that we have grown too far from that Source and have lost our connection with it.

Fourth, these encounters are changing the consciousness of the people that are undergoing them and influencing consciousness on the planet as the power and implications of the abduction phenomenon are becoming more widely recognized. The phenomenon seems to hold the potential of reconnecting us with our divine Source.

Fifth, the hybrid “program” which seems to be a kind of awkward insurance policy for the next step of evolution. A number of abductees have been told that the hybrids represent a step in evolution that is being created for the time when we have destroyed ourselves, so that some aspect of our genetic structure or nature can be preserved.

Finally, the human-alien relationship, which is not simply good or bad, is, nonetheless, reciprocal. We do not know from what dimension or Source the whole connection is being orchestrated. Perhaps it serves them and us. It may emanate from another dimension, inviting us to explore its mysteries. [W5]

Another form of soft-drip disclosure emerges as crop circles, which appear in countries all around the world. In 1990 alone, these formations were photographed in 23 different nations. There have been instances of hoaxed circles, but there are also those that are too complicated for humans to be able to fake, with dozens of swirling layers of bent stalks and strange energy anomalies experienced by people in their presence. This is another passive example of “Wow, how’d they do that?”  Yet another reason to think deeper about the truths of reality.

The crop circle phenomenon began in the 1980s, and over the next three decades, over 4,000 were reported across the globe. Originally simple circles, these patterns evolved into complex circular, spiral, or geometrical designs, and researchers observed in them, at times, a mathematical language or broader message.

For example, in July of 1994, the fragmented parts of the Shoemaker-Levy comet that had broken apart two years before fell into the banded clouds of Jupiter, providing the first direct observation by humans of an extraterrestrial collision of solar system objects.

Each time a chunk of the comet would collide with Jupiter’s clouds, a new crop circle would appear in the English countryside that correlated to the astrological event. During this series of circles, therapist and contactee Barbara Lamb was invited aboard a craft by beings who demonstrated how they made these designs. While hovering over a wheat field, the craft spun quickly in a circle and emitted a sound like a strong gust of wind, and within just seconds, a design had formed in the field below in the shape of the impact site on Jupiter. There has been one message in particular with which the Visitors have been most forthcoming. Their direct rebukes of Earth’s nuclear arsenal saturate the collective Experience, from mass encounters like the Ariel School event, to messages conveyed via individual contact, to the repeated incursions onto Earth military bases housing weapons of mass destruction.

The idea of any explosion in the peaceful realm of space by any Earth government is not acceptable to the Visitors. That has been demonstrated over and over by the destruction of any nuclear weapons sent into space. More than 150 military veterans, missile officers, and security personnel have claimed to see UFOs over nuclear test facilities in the past five decades. The COC, when it has admitted these events occurred, has spun them as a threat. However, many of the men in the silos during these events felt a message of hope, describing a sense of knowing that these Visitors could intercept many of the missiles in the case of a mutually-assured extinction-level event.

Unfortunately, the COC has given no quarter in the arms race, despite these warnings from Visitors that have been sent repeatedly over the past century:

• In 1964, 1^st Lt. Robert Jacobs, Ph.D, was in the 1369^th photo squadron and in charge of photo-optical instrumentation for a tracking sight in Big Sur, California. His team captured video of UFO following a launched missile into space, matching its speed, then shooting beams of light into the warhead of an Atlas rocket in the upper atmosphere at several thousand miles per hour, neutralizing the missile before it tumbled into space.
• In 1966 at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, strike teams responded to alarms from the missiles. On their approach, they described a flying saucer hovering over the missile silo, directing a beam of red light into the missiles.
• In 1966 at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota, an object passed over the missile site. The missile indicated it had received a launch signal. The countdown had to be manually aborted.
• March 16, 1967, Lt. Col. Salas, a missile launch officer at Malstrom Air Force Base in Montana, was notified of a large, round, glowing red object above the missile site, where the silos were packed with Minutemen missiles, each one hundred times more powerful than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima and capable of launching 6,000 miles to key Soviet cities. As he was notifying his superior office, ten missiles went into a no-go, unlaunchable condition, one after the other. The Air Force did an extensive investigation of the entire incident and was not able to come up with a probable cause for the shutdowns. The missiles are not connected to each other. Having a fault in one would not affect other missiles.
• December 26-28, 1980 at RAF Woodbridge/RAF Bentwaters (England) – At the time, this base was one of the largest tactical fighter ranges in the world and the largest American nuclear bomb storage depot in Europe, Sgt. James Penniston and two other Air Force patrolmen approached and observed a triangular craft that had touched down in nearby Rendlesham Forest. Sgt. Penniston took detailed notes on the physical characteristics and identifying marks etched into the craft. Over 80 military personnel at the base later witnessed the craft takeoff. Two nights later, multiple craft returned, and Lt. Col. Charles Halt investigated, capturing his observations on an audio recorder. The crafts appeared to observe the investigators and scan the base’s weapons storage depot before departing. The objects were observed by tower operators, described as a round, orange ball with lights around the center of it, and it was picked up on radar at RAF Bentwaters. The patrolmen were forced to sign a document stating that had mistaken a beam of light from a lighthouse for a UFO and were told never to mention the incident again.  Documents show that General Gabriel of the United States Air Force, the top general in Europe, was handed taped evidence of the incident.
• In 1982 in Ukraine at Byelokoroviche Nuclear Base, a UFO hovered over a Ukrainian nuclear base for nearly an hour. Inexplicably, several missiles suddenly switched into full combat readiness and began a launch sequence without any authentication codes; the countdown sequence also stopped on its own.
• In 1990, according to whistleblowers, all the nuclear warheads in both the US and USSR meltdown. At the same time, a massive, quarter-mile wide shri yantra symbol appears in a dry lake bed in Oregon near several military bases.
• March 1991 at Leningrad Airport in St. Petersburg, Russia – radar detects first one, then two, then three unidentified objects hovering over a nuclear plant in Voronezh; a beam from one of the objects melted the asphalt. From a dead stop, the UFOs zipped away at 2,000 mph. [D1,D3,D4,D5,D7]

These accounts only graze the true complexity of the quickly approaching events with which Earth will soon be faced. Luckily, one bold, large-scale attempt was made to convey the specifics of the coming task to humanity, and it is to that message which humans must look to begin fitting the pieces of the higher design of your planet into place.

Just after 5pm on November 26, 1977, over two million inhabitants in the southern regions of England in Southern Television’s service area were receiving Andrew Gardner’s news broadcast when the picture wobbled and the sound cut out. Then, a voice identifying itself as Vrillon came over the air and delivered the following message:

This is the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. For many years you have seen us as lights in the skies. We speak to you now in peace and wisdom as we have done to your brothers and sisters all over this, your planet Earth. We come to warn you of the destiny of your race and your world so that you may communicate to your fellow beings the course you must take to avoid the disaster which threatens your world, and the beings on our worlds around you.

This is in order that you may share in the great awakening, as the planet passes into the New Age of Aquarius. The New Age can be a time of great peace and evolution for your race, but only if your rulers are made aware of the evil forces that can overshadow their judgments.

Be still now and listen, for your chance may not come again. All your weapons of evil must be removed. The time for conflict is now past and the race of which you are a part may proceed to the higher stages of its evolution if you show yourselves worthy to do this. You have but a short time to learn to live together in peace and goodwill. Small groups all over the planet are learning this, and exist to pass on the light of the dawning New Age to you all.

You are free to accept or reject their teachings, but only those who learn to live in peace will pass to the higher realms of spiritual evolution. Hear now the voice of Vrillon, a representative of the Ashtar Galactic Command, speaking to you. Be aware also that there are many false prophets and guides operating in your world. They will suck your energy from you – the energy you call money and will put it to evil ends and give you worthless dross in return.

Your inner divine self will protect you from this. You must learn to be sensitive to the voice within that can tell you what is truth, and what is confusion, chaos and untruth. Learn to listen to the voice of truth which is within you, and you will lead yourselves onto the path of evolution. This is our message to our dear friends. We have watched you growing for many years as you too have watched our lights in your skies.

You know now that we are here, and that there are more beings on and around your Earth than your scientists admit. We are deeply concerned about you and your path towards the light and will do all we can to help you. Have no fear, seek only to know yourselves, and live in harmony with the ways of your planet Earth.

We of the Ashtar Galactic Command thank you for your attention. We are now leaving the plane of your existence. May you be blessed by the supreme love and truth of the cosmos.

Many called the incident a hoax, yet after multiple investigations, no explanation was ever found, and no one ever came forward to take credit for hacking into a TV network, back before it was easy. Additionally, the crop circle phenomenon began in the same area only a few years later. Knowing what you now know, and based on a growing body of evidence, it is now more plausible that this was an event of genuine contact and warning from beyond, than not.

Some groups are self-serving. They come with their own agendas and methods of accomplishing them. There are others, more advanced civilizations, who came to Earth to see humans grow as a species, to give them the key to open the knowledge within themselves that would allow them to commune with the higher dimensions of your Universe. The difficult task ahead of you is to learn how to tell the difference.

Although Dr. Newton stated in his research of the Spirit World that higher-level souls do not typically incarnate to Earth, he was unable to conclude that they do not incarnate or somehow appear in the physical planes at all, and indeed, they do.

Some of the nations visiting your planet are the physical manifestations of these spiritual masters who have moved on to the next stage of their lessons toward enlightenment. They exist as guardians of the cosmos, helping to guide less-evolved civilizations, such as humans, toward enlightenment and the community of One. Some of these beings are millions and billions of years beyond the development of humans. Some civilizations exist in an enlightened state of unity consciousness, where all members are connected, thinking and feeling as one. Many Visiting nations have a strict doctrine of observation, creating no fear, and doing no harm to the inhabitants of your planet. However, many of these beings are also here to learn.

For these Visitors, there is also a particular type of innovation that comes from the mind of a being with a strong sense of self. Many of these higher beings have evolved to share a collective consciousness with the other members of their races. They exist together as one, with the sense of self diminished for each individual but the collective bond strengthened. Younger souls exist in their incarnations alone. Humans do not share a collective consciousness – yet. Individual thought and creativity spring forth from the infinite power of the human consciousness. The minds of singular beings that act as unique manifestations of the Universal Consciousness differ from beings of a group consciousness, and are, therefore, worth studying.

Caroline Cory can offer a firsthand account of how these spiritual masters appear in the physical realm. She is a Consciousness Expert who has been in contact since childhood with beings who told her they came from a place called the Source. She described them as loving, kind, and always emanating what she called unconditional love. They taught her to communicate telepathically, to heal with energy, and to see things beyond what humans could sense. She is also aware of higher beings such as angels and archangels, as well as celestial guardians like the Melchizedeks, whose consciousness mass is so large that they don’t appear as beings but as a ball of light. And even the United States government admitted the mission of these Visitors was largely peaceful. In the FBI Vault, Memo 6751 addressed to “certain scientists of distinction to important aeronautical and military authorities, to a number of public officials and to a few publications” states Visitors’ “mission is peaceful.”

Caroline Cory explains that telepathic communication is based on codes, symbols, and numbers that anyone can decipher and translate into the language that is stored in their brain. The codes are geometric in nature, which means they are coherent with the brain geometry of all intelligent life. This means all the beings within the universe are able to communicate with all other beings.

Thoughts come through, not as words in any particular language, but as lights, emotions, and symbols that take a large amount of information and encode it into a few symbols that can be transferred through space. Once you are trained in retrieving the information, you can unlock this universal cosmic language by tapping into your brain’s full capacity.

Other forms of extraterrestrial communication include Star Languages, which transmit images through frequencies of sound (similar to how dolphins communicate through sonar), as well as written scripts that, rather than being translated verbally, activate the same electrical circuitry in your brain as the signals from your eyes would upon seeing an image yourself. Caroline Cory is a futurist, author, and Founder of the OMnium Method for DNA healing through consciousness realignment. She is also the award-winning Director of the documentaries Gods Among Us and Superhuman: The Invisible Made Visible.

Dr. Rudy Schild‘s expertise involves the study of black hole physics, but also as it relates to consciousness. His research has indicated that all information is stored within the surface of the black hole. The strong magnetic fields of the black hole allow individuals to send and receive telepathic communications.

Dr. Schild explains that the horizon of your universe is much like the surface of black holes, except your universe is inside-out to the black holes you find inside your universe. This means the horizon of your universe holds the possibilities of all universes out. When mathematicians ask what the sum of all those universes becomes, they find no other answer except the cosmic intelligence itself. [D8]

The cosmic intelligence, the collective consciousnesses of all souls who have ascended and joined the Source, a true, all-knowing and omnipresent God, stores information on the surface of the black hole like a server, and the magnetized property of the black hole allows the quantum wave to carry the information from one black hole to another, faster than the speed of light. That makes for instantaneous telepathic communication across the universe. [D8]

Dr. Rudy Schild, a colleague of the late Dr. John Mack, is an Emeritus Astronomer at the Harvard Smithsonian Center of Astrophysics.

“Junk” DNA

Humans are already equipped with an internal mechanism that allows you to communicate telepathically, along with an unimaginable range of other abilities. It’s in your own DNA, and research experiments from around the world have shown significant results on 5^th and 6^th dimensional abilities, such as telepathy, astral projection, and remote viewing.

How could that be?

First of all, remember that you are not just your human body. You are, first and foremost, intelligent, conscious energy – just like everything else. You have an energetic hologram that integrates with a container for your soul, a material body on a material plane which is encoded with instructions by DNA. Geneticists confirm that most humans only utilize five percent of their DNA with the remaining ninety-five percent considered “Junk” DNA because of its unknown function. These abilities arise or become more pronounced when this dormant DNA is activated.

But if humans evolved according to the Darwinian Theory of Evolution, how could humans have obtained this Junk, “Superpower-giving” DNA? The growing body of evidence with which scientists are beginning to agree suggests that you did not evolve on your own, at all. Science has yet to discover fossils of the “missing link” that connect the ‘Great Chain’ of Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons to your modern species of Homo sapiens, which emerged with twice the brain size and 223 extra genes related to higher psychological functioning.

Like an evolutionary version of Moore’s Law, the complexity of DNA doubles every 600 million years or so. However, if you use this pattern to take the timeline back to when life must have begun, it’s about 9.5 billion years ago. However, Earth is only 4.5 billion years old. So, either you originally came from somewhere else, or someone gave you some help along the way, which makes your human DNA not so human, after all. Perhaps, the “missing link” was You all along. And it’s possible, then, that a beamed, intended quantum wave interacting with DNA would excite frequencies that realign the DNA just enough that it becomes resonant to a new frequency.”

Are Homo sapiens a Hybrid Species?

“The genetic code suggests it was invented outside the solar system several billion years ago. It appears there is an intelligent signal embedded in our genetic code. A mathematical and semantic message, a ‘biological SETI.’ This method would have greater longevity and chance of detecting ETs than a transient extraterrestrial radio transmission. For the past 25 years, Dr. Glen Rein has been studying the biological effects of consciousness on the human system of DNA by measuring the frequencies of the molecules when excited with a voltage spike. By measuring the induced current, he has determined that the application of energies through consciousness have a visible altering effect on the DNA molecules. His experiments with Caroline Cory have even found that DNA can take on entirely new frequencies that were not present before, bringing scientific validation to the phenomenon that human biological systems can be altered by thought and consciousness alone. Dr. Rein stated, “The idea that your DNA could be influenced and modulated by the presence of another person is obviously very profound.”

In a conversation researcher Mary Rodwell had, which she included in her book, The New Human, molecular biologist Dr. Lena Ohlson stated that the information regarding these donors to your DNA, as well as their background, is coded into your DNA, hidden like a key, like PC programmers hide their signature in their work. This key can be activated, and these programmers then know the individual is ready to awaken. Once activated, these individuals wake up others, and she predicts there will eventually be twelve different main groups of new DNA people. [D8,W5]

Dr. Glen Rein is a biochemist and neuroscientist specializing in bioelectromagnetics and DNA research at institutes like Harvard and Stanford Medical School.

Another example, which occurred in a controlled laboratory environment, was conducted by Dr. Rudy Schild, Dr. Paul Bernstein, and a subject who was in contact with extraterrestrials. The subject was asked to describe the sky on the alien’s planet, and a binary star system was described in which a red star leads a blue star across the sky. The subject was able to draw a map describing the position of the stars in the sky which Dr. Schild then cross-referenced with the star maps in the limited-access Harvard University library. Using the subject’s star map, Dr. Schild was able to identify and confirm the binary star system of one red and one blue star. [D8]

Are these just special cases? One-off incidents?

No, in fact everyone has these capabilities dormant inside of them, and there are countless cases of individuals awakening to these latent abilities from across the world. Humanity is being upgraded and is slowly starting to awaken. More and more people are becoming aware of the exceptional powers inside of them, and that is propelling mankind toward a massive, evolutionary shift.

The level of advancement a civilization can reach depends on the amount of energy they can harness. Proposed by Soviet astronomer Nikolai Kardashev in 1964, the Kardashev Scale defines three levels of civilization based on the magnitude of power available to each; later, three additional levels were proposed.

As of this point in time, humans do not even register on the scale and are considered a Type 0 Civilization. Physicist and futurist Michio Kaku suggested that, if humans increase their energy consumption at an average rate of 3 percent each year, they may attain Type I status in 100–200 years, Type II status in a few thousand years, and Type III status in 100,000 to a million years.

Of highest curiosity, you may be wondering how UFO’s themselves work. Is the long-sought antigravity technology observed by countless spectators possible or a figment of their imagination?

It is very much possible, and it was discovered by Nikola Tesla almost a century ago. In 1938, Tesla remarked,

“I have worked out a dynamic theory of gravity in all details and hope to give it to the world very soon. It explains the causes of this force and the motions of heavenly bodies under its influence so satisfactorily that it will put an end to idle speculation and false conceptions, as that of curved space…  Only the existence of a field of force can account for [the motions of the bodies as observed], and its assumption dispenses with space curvature.  All literature on this subject is futile and destined to oblivion. So are all attempts to explain the workings of the universe without recognizing the existence of the ether and the indispensable function it plays in the phenomena.”

Unfortunately for the world, Tesla died before his theory was published, and as previously mentioned, his notes and research were stolen by US Military personnel and locked in a vault due to ‘national security’ reasons. However, from Tesla’s research, as well as the reverse-engineering of crashed alien craft, the COC found what they needed to create their anti-gravity alien reproduction vehicles, and that was this:

If you have an electromotive force with an electrostatic charge, you will achieve levitation, or rather, electro-gravitic repulsion. This anti-electromagnetic field propulsion system explains all the characteristics that have been used to describe these craft for decades: silent, the ability to hover in midair, and extreme speeds and acceleration without a correlating sonic boom. Nikola Tesla was an engineer, inventor, and futurist known for his paradigm-shifting inventions.

In the 1950s, researcher Robert Monroe was a radio-executive who built an R&D division inside his company, which later became The Monroe Institute, solely to study the effects of sound on human consciousness. In a series of self-experiments in which he exposed himself to carefully calibrated audio frequencies while sleeping, Monroe repeatedly achieved elevated mind-body states. His 1971 book Journeys Out of The Body documents those early investigations and officially coined the term “out-of-body experience.”

In 1975, Monroe filed a patent for a technique called Hemi-Sync (hemispherical synchronization) for triggering altered consciousness, a process that uses soundwaves to alter brainwaves and encourage brainwave activity changes. Simply by playing certain types of audio tracks containing binaural beats through headphones, a subject can be assisted into a state of expanded consciousness.

The Hemi-Sync technique takes advantage of a Frequency Following Response (FFR). It works like this: an external frequency emulating a recognized one will cause the brain to mimic it. So, if a subject hears a frequency at the Theta level, it will shift from its resting Beta level. To achieve these unnatural levels, Hemi-Sync puts a single frequency in the left ear and a contrasting frequency in the right. The brain then experiences the Delta frequency, also known as the beat frequency. It’s more familiarly referred to these days as binaural beats. With the FFR and beat frequency phenomena firmly in place, Monroe’s Gateway Process introduces a series of frequencies at marginally audible, subliminal levels. With the left brain relaxed and the body in a virtual sleep state, the conditions are ideal to promote brainwave outputs of higher and higher amplitude and frequency. Alongside subliminal suggestions from Bob Monroe, the subject can then alter their consciousness.

In describing the nature of matter and energy, McDonnell states that ‘solid matter’ doesn’t exist but is merely variations in the state of energy. On a quantum level, atomic structures are composed of layers of energy grids that oscillate at different rates, and the entire universe is one complex system of energy fields.

Campion explains, “The result of all these moving energies, bouncing off of energy at rest, projects a 3D mode, a pattern, called a hologram, A.K.A our reality as we experience it. It’s best to think of it as a 3D photograph… Suffice it to say, the hologram that is our experience is incredibly good at depicting and recording all the various energies bouncing around creating matter. So good, in fact, that we buy into it hook, line, and sinker, going so far as to call it our ‘life.’ Consciousness, then, can be envisaged as a 3D grid system superimposed over all energy patterns.”

The Gateway Process, then, is used to achieve what is called the “click-out phase,” which occurs when the human consciousness wave reaches a frequency below the specified click-out rate (10 to the power -33 cm/s) but above total rest. If the mind can achieve this frequency range, it can “click-out,” transcending space-time, realizing new dimensions, and accessing the realities of the universal hologram. [W6,W7]

In the documents declassified in 2003, the report then skipped to page 26, where McDonnell offers a series of pragmatic motivations for why the CIA might employ the Gateway technique as opposed to other methods of achieving astral projection.

Campion writes, “Since the report’s declassification, countless FOIA requests have been filed demanding page 25’s release. In every instance, the CIA has denied they ever had it in the first place. Page 25, then, has been the holy grail not just for would-be astral projectors, but also for conspiracy theorists, government transparency activists, and people who have simply read the report and found themselves maddened by this missing information.”

That was until The Monroe Institute reached out to Campion, claiming the report in its entirety had been sitting untouched in a barn for years, and despite all the FOIA requests, no one had ever asked TMI for it. McDonnell observes that a “stylized representation” of this spiral is present in every religious system in history. He cites the specific examples of Christianity’s Holy Spirit, the Hellenic world’s labyrinth, the Hebrew Tree of Life, its Hindu counterpart, and the Chinese Spiral Through the Four Powers. This thinking has found its way into each systems’ teachings.

The crucial distinction between the breakthroughs in modern physics and the epiphanies of religious thinkers is the way they all found The Absolute. Whereas physics leans on quantitative research, religions relied on intuition. The Gateway then sort of showed up just in time—a holistic mainline for “interfacing” with the universal hologram, freeing us from the limitations of a left brain logic-based culture.

The page’s third and final section takes a slant which should feel familiar to adherents of modern psychology. The universe, the Absolute, the cosmic egg. All of it is irrelevant, and certainly unreachable, until we possess knowledge of ourselves. Campion’s eyes, upon first glance of page 25, picked up “The Absolute” first, then darted swiftly to the aphorism McDonnell trots out here— “Know Thyself.” What hits even harder than achieving a psychological self-understanding, according to McDonnell, is the sense of self-perception achieved when one can manage to alter their state of consciousness to the point where the universal hologram itself can be perceived. The Triad

A great many people who have communed with nonhuman beings have recounted the importance of symbolism in their experiences, particularly that of the triangle or triad. Investigator Linda Moulton Howe recounted the feelings of joy and love she experienced from 3/6/9-fold geometry crop circles, and countless abductees have described or even possess evidence of triangle-shaped markings on their bodies or images in their mind after an encounter. One of the most well-known experiencers, Whitley Strieber, contemplates the deep significance of this symbolism in his book, Communion: A True Story:

“There has ever been in the life of man this idea of the triad as the primary force of growth. The Sphinx is a very old construction, and the sacred graphic known as the Kali yantra or Primordial Image in the Indian Tantras may be older still. This ancient symbol, a triangle with the bindu, or spark of life, at the center, is associated with the Triple Goddess who rules past, present, and future (length, breadth, and depth), and the trimesters of pregnancy, and the three seasons of life: childhood, maturity, and age…

“Three Ways was one name of the Roman goddess Hecate, whose three-faced image at crossroads traditionally received offerings of cake, fruit, and money. Money is still offered at one of her ancient shrines, the Trevi Fountain, and the traditional idea of being blessed by throwing three coins in the fountain has persisted into our era.

“The Irish god Trefuilngid is the patron of the trefoil, or three leaf, the shamrock. Trefuilngid is known as the Triple Bearer of the Triple Key, which is the same appellation given Shiva, Astarte, and Ishtar, three ancient manifestations of the Triune Goddess… Among the ancient Arabs the trefoil was called shamrakh, which was a symbol of the male trident of fertility…

“In the Greek alphabet the fourth letter, delta, is the symbol of the Holy Door, and among the Egyptians the triangle was the symbol of Men-Nefer, the very ancient goddess of the mother city Memphis, as identified in the Egyptian Book of the Dead. The object of the worship of the Yantra is to attain unity with the Mother of the Universe in Her forms as Mind, Life, and Matter… preparator to Yoga union with Her as She is in herself as Pure Consciousness.

“To the Gnostics of the later Roman Empire, the triangle signified creative intellect, the balancing coolness of mind, the persistent reconciliation that proceeds in the souls of the ones who seek Christ within.

“Among the ancient Sumerians Ishtar was the Triune Goddess, as among modern Christians the Trinity is the central figure of the creative force, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.” [W16]

It is at this point where you have come full circle, traversing the paths of the natural, the spiritual, the metaphysical, and the fantastical, and they have all led you to the same place: an interconnected web of intelligent energy simultaneously perceiving and creating itself across all time, space, and dimensions.

You now stand upon the edge of a cliff. Science and human, earthly experience have brought you here. Everything thus far presented has been discovered and uncovered by your mortal brothers and sisters, and your corporeal knowledge will take you no further. You have reached the end of the rope.

You must decide now whether you will take the plunge into darkness, letting go of what you thought you knew and who you thought you were to discover the truer meanings of existence and your purpose in the Universe.
