Free Will

Tom, spokesman of The Nine: “That which was Created out of its own creation – which is all that is created – got bored. That is simple, is it not? Then what did that-which-got bored do? Through the eons of time, the Universe has been founded on one eternal God Source, which divided itself into multiple levels through the Law of Pair of Opposites (Law of Polarity). These fractals of consciousness, as well as their perception of evolution, were bound by the Natural Universal Laws and governed by the physics of consciousness throughout time and space in many realities. So, then, let us ask the Big Question: If the Creator created All That Is, why then did They create the Others?

Over many millennia, factions arose, massive collective consciousness entities, who through their Free Will sought to create and control their own worlds, rather than following the Natural Laws. They severed their connections to the God Source and rewrote their original coding to allow them to control and hold dominion over other beings and territories. They created energy programs called “Artificially Bent Light Matrices” and inserted them into the holographic bodies of the worlds they sought to control, allowing them to manipulate realities and control the actions of the species they created to populate these worlds, using them as slaves for their own ends.

Thus, a schism formed in the Universal Time Matrix between competing ideologies, between those of Christ and Anti-Christ. The armies of Light believe in the Law of One and service to others, while there are others who believe in absolute authority, patriarchal domination, and service to self, an ideology referred to as the False King of Tyranny. Those who rule by this doctrine we know as the Negative Alien Alliance (NAA) (synonymous with Archons, Adversaries, Others, Negatives, Regressives, Malevolents), and they originated, in this galaxy, billions of years ago in the Orion Constellation. Anti-Christ

Immortal consciousness gestalts that generated their own DNA template that specifically do not want to live under or co-exist in the Natural Laws of God in a base 12 Christos architectural matrix and instead, severed their connection to the Source and chose finite forms that require energy siphoning from others in order to survive in their preferred, artificial form.

Proper context denotes:

• Metatronic spiral
• Fallen consciousness
• Fallen angelics

The Anti-Christ gestalts are the accumulative results of the selfish choices and tragic events made over time in dark ignorance as the result of free will, which has led to the utter destruction of their eternal forms. These groups have digressed into permanent entropy and finite parasitical forms, unable to Ascend, and they act out agendas to torture and annihilate other species in order to feed off their energy. Negative Alien Alliance

The three main NAA groups that have interfered on Earth are the Ciakahrr Empire (Draco-Reptilians), the Nebu (Orion Greys), and the Anunnaki (Fallen Angelics of Nibiru), as well as insectoid races from Alpha Centauri, Omega Centauri, and Zeta Reticuli. These beings feed off the energetic lifeforces of other, higher-frequency beings and regard humans as inferior, unintelligent, and nothing more than a source of food, entertainment, and experimentation. Ciakahrr Empire – Alpha-Draconian Reptilians: 

Draco-reptilians are androgenous extraterrestrials that have split into two factions, the patriarchal, male-dominated line whose blood contains a red-phosphorous-based molecular structure known as the Ciakahrr, and the matriarchal, female-dominated line whose blood contained a white-phosphorous base makeup. A great conflict ensued between these two tribes, a sort of “War of the Sexes.” It is the Ciakahrr who have had a long-standing presence on Earth, which we see manifested in the many institutionalized religions throughout the ages that began with a deeply entrenched fear of and hatred toward women. Reptilian-based genetics operate in strict hierarchical systems of rank, and defer to their superior groups. The Dracos were in command of Earth-based subterranean reptilians who respect their superiors in the belief system that the Dracs are those who hold “ownership” over Earth and human beings. Draco Reptilians view themselves as the most intelligent species in the Universe and that Earth humans are the result of their biological seeding processes from multiple planets. The Alpha Draconis have a “Royal Class” that appear to be lighter colors, white Skinned scales with winged appendages, very muscular, and are about two to three times the size of an average human. They are quite menacing and tyrannical, showing little mercy to an entity of their own race that they think has defied their orders or responsibilities to manage their “earthly resources”. The Reptilians have developed high psionic abilities, which they use for mind controlling other entities, and do not have an emotional body or soul body. (L. Renee)

Some Reptilians also have the ability to shift to human form. Because some individuals of this race possess 50/50 Human-Reptoid DNA, there is no foundation for their form giving them the ability to shapeshift. If an individual with this makeup were to consume or imbibe human genetic material, this would be reflected in their physical form. (S. Swerdlow)

These master geneticists tinker with life – which from their perspective, exists as a natural resource. It is ingrained in the Draconian hierarchies to teach them to never trust a human. They are taught the Draconian version of the history of the ‘Great Galactic War‘, which teaches that humans are at fault for invading the universe, and that humans selfishly wanted the Draconian society to starve and struggle for the basic materials that would allow them to exist. (A. Nebu – Orion Greys: 

Nebu means “Masters” or “Dominions” in their language. They are reptiloid with an insectoid mind, often described as “tall greys,” and have a hive-consciousness. The Queen is an organic, naturally-occurring intelligence. This group also grew to non-grey species by modifying the genome of individuated consciousnesses (like humans, see Hybridization Program) that normally would not be governed by a hive mind using implant technology (microspiders) that transform the genetic body to create hybrids that can be interfaced with the hive (also then have the benefit that greys traditionally do not possess, such as access to certain dimensions because of genetically-based stargate technology.) These entities were introduced to the mainstream as the Borg in the Star Trek franchise (See Part VII). The Borg are cybernetic organisms linked into a hive mind called the Collective. The Borg co-opt the technology and knowledge of other alien species into the Collective through the process of assimilation, forcibly transforming individual beings into drones by injecting nanoprobes into their bodies and surgically augmenting them with cybernetic components. Grey races do not have interdimensional or soul capabilities – this is their agenda, to crack this, thus their interest in human genetics. (L. Renee)

Anunnaki – Fallen Angelics: 

The Anunnaki are fallen higher angelic humanoid beings (Seraphim, Melchizedeks) that originated in the Wesedak system and have absorbed factions from the Pleiades, Sirius, and Andromeda. Those who have interfered on Earth are a Root Race that formed from the Sirian constellation evolution cycles and are a result of the Reptilian hybridization with the Sirians.

They joined with the Ciakhaar on Earth rather recently, around 450,000 YA, to destroy the Christiac Human Guardian Race for control and domination of this Time Vector in the Universal Time Matrix. Their doctrine is known as the Black Sun Agenda in which these factions share cooperative control over earthly affairs, and their respective groups have made agreements on their jurisdiction and the demographic areas of where they exert control over the earth grid system.

The Anunnaki are hierarchical lunar AI hybrid entities that use rank to determine what level and type of body their extradimensional species are allowed to inhabit, which is based upon the discretion of their power elite overlords. They do not choose their body if they remain in the work force of the hierarchal organization, it is chosen for them. Only those considered royalty or King rulers at the top of their hierarchy are allowed to have a humanoid body. For the outer appearance of a shapeshifting body of an Annunaki-hybrid being to appear as an angelic human body, they require blood drinking and cannibalism of human beings to consume the living essence in order to ensure their lifespan. Orion Wars

The influx of positively oriented consciousnesses into Orion clashed with many of the local insectoid/reptoid inhabitants, hive-mind planets ruled over by naturally-occurring Queen consciousnesses. This sparked a conflict over territory, specifically revolving around a double-vortex stargate that exists in Orion. The Orion War began when queens from two planetary hives (grey planets) merged, then continued merging/assimilating queens of other planets, growing throughout Orion. (E. Danaan)

The Orion Wars were also called the Oxygen Wars because NAA reptilian genetics and bio-chemistry thrive in radioactivity but moisture and oxygen act like a poison. Battles were fought for control over planets and terraforming climate to be habitable for one life form or another. The Nebu spread through the Orion zone with the goal of securing the portal, a task in which they were ultimately successful. (D. Winter)

In Elmanuk, Orion’s central star system, the Council of Five (originally contained nine members, but three races were destroyed and one left) watched as enslavement and slaughter spread throughout the system. As higher density beings, they had escaped the Nebu’s reach, but the losses were immeasurable, losses which some felt the Council could have prevented. Thus, the Council elected to no longer adhere to a non-intervention doctrine in order to contact and protect worlds in danger of being overtaken by tyranny. This led to a small group of Nebu-opposed rebels known as the Black League to be trained by the Council of Five in spiritual warfare to stop the spread of the tyrannical Orion Empire. The Orion Black League was an organizational resistance pattern developed during the Orion conflict to counter the efforts of the Orion Empire, which was attempting physical and spiritual domination of the entire region. The Black League manifested not only as underground paramilitary Resistance organizations, but as a spiritual and philosophical orientation that manifested in many forms. If this sounds like a Jedi mind trick, that’s because it is. The original Star Wars trilogy is an example of predictive programming that is based on the Orion Wars and meant to subtlety recall these ancient galactic genetic memories. Unfortunately, the Black League fell, and the Nebu were ultimately successful in securing the Orion territory and beyond. To combat the spread of the NAA’s influence, the Orion Council of Five established the Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) as the spiritual justice force of Nataru in this spiritual war of Free Will versus World Domination. Re-Seeding Humanity

Through the eternity of time and the infinity of space, these race wars waged on, the violence spreading to new star nations across the cosmos. The Orion Empire gained allies and territory and other conflicts erupted between humans as a result of DNA damage and mutation caused by explosions and genetic engineering. The surviving Lyrans and the Founders agreed that the higher realms must be protected to prevent these genetic mutations from reaching entities in higher dimensions. Thus, they sealed off access to the higher Harmonic Universes, closing the Planetary Gates that act as connection points to the galactic Stargate Systems, and forcing humans to undergo a slow evolution to reassemble their DNA in the lower dimensions of Earth, Tara, and Gaia before they would be allowed access to the higher Cosmic Families. The bodies of humans were sealed off and separated from their 12 DNA consciousness, separating our particle (D1-D9) and anti-particle (D10+) selves, causing the duality we experience as humans.

Thus, five million years ago, the re-seeding experiment began in an attempt to repair the 12 Tree Grid of human coding so that human souls can continue to ascend. An advanced race of third density Hyperboreans were seeded into 7D Gaia with a mission to repair Earth’s architecture and rescue the 5D souls that had been trapped after the Taran cataclysm. These are part of the first root races that were ever seeded as a part of spirit coming into a type of body and having a consciousness on this planet.

During this time, the Orion Group installed a Phantom Matrix in the planetary grid, altering the natural Base 12 energy patterns of the planet to an inorganic Base 10 grid. This altering of geometry allowed them to control the planetary grid, lowering the planet’s frequency to make it more hospitable to the low-frequency races of the Draco and Orion groups, as well as run negative currents into the collective bodies of Gaia and her inhabitants, which led to the growth of the predator mindset in humans and brought on a set of conflicts collectively referred to as the Electric Wars, ultimately ending five million years ago in the Hyperborean Holocaust.

This is a part of the NAA’s campaign for dominion over planets such as the Earth. Who’s going to seed here? Who’s going to live here? Why are you here, and I’m not? Because of this massive tragedy of war, the Hyperboreans split and fragmented. Some of them were incarnated on our planet, and the mythology of the Hyperboreans are actually the same storylines of the Titans that we know in Greek mythology. So, when we are talking about Perseus, Zeus and the Olympians, these are also telling the storyline about the original races that sourced from the original Hyperboreans. The Hyperboreans are related to all of that Greek tragedy mythology, which is also largely manipulated by the invading races to paint a picture of violence when it did not exist in the Christ consciousness. NAA Infiltration Strategy

This Negative Alien Alliance (NAA) is comprised of fallen angelic beings who have lost their conscience and spiritual connection to the Source. Though they lack empathy and emotions, they are highly intelligent interdimensional and extraterrestrial groups who highjack the energetic spiritual grids of planets and institute a gradual takeover of every abundant world they can get their hands on.

The NAA has an expansive energy resource portfolio as a result of their many planetary takeovers. Their modus operandi is to optimize the invasion process in regards to investment and resource expenditure, so they look to achieve secretive infiltration of the upper echelons of core organizational structures within the cultures they seek to enslave, such as governmental, legal, religious, medical, and financial systems. Their sociopathic anti-human agenda is referred to as the Archontic Deception Strategy and aims to socially engineer a negative ego culture of death, fear, dishonesty, deception, warfare, and service to self. To achieve this, they use advanced technology and manipulation techniques, like the use of implants, artificial holographic inserts, bio-neurological warfare (propaganda, mental and social manipulation, introduction of negative energy frequencies like Black Goo), and violent religions. Solarian History

Over a million years ago, the NAA brought their conflict to the Sol System from the Sirius constellation. Conflict arose when a group of Ciakahrr-influenced Sirian-Anunnaki rebelled against Law-of-One Sirian-Elohim, refusing to recognize the authority of the Founders and the Law of One in what is known as the Sirian Rebellion. This conflict led to a cataclysmic sequence of events that eventually destroyed the 5D planet Tara and severed her connection to 7D Gaia, causing the entire fifth dimensional planetary grid to fragment. During the final stages of destruction, the planetary consciousness held within her exploded, and the fragments were pulled through a black hole into the lowest density of the time matrix (First Harmonic Universe).

These fragments reformed as they emerged into the instruction set which formed into the pattern of our current 3D Solar System: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Maldek, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Nibiru, and the Sun. Although rearranged from its original layout, all planets in Sol are currently inhabited, except for Maldek, the 3D incarnation of the 5D super-Earth Tiamat, both of which were destroyed long ago when the Anunnaki, using advanced technology, deliberately collided their planet Nibiru into Tiamat and whose fragments now exist in their orbits as the Asteroid Belt. Terran History

After the destruction of their cities on Mars, these NAA factions, comprised of Sirian rebels, fallen angelic Anunnaki, and Orion Group races, returned to Nibiru (sometimes called Marduk), our system’s twelfth celestial body with a long, elliptical orbit that crosses paths with the inner planets every 3,600 years. The Nibiru nations focused their efforts on Earth, meddling in the affairs of our planet for the next many thousands of years to accomplish their own self-serving agenda. (L. Renee)

At a point approximately 445,000 YA, when the seeding experiments of the Twelve Essene Tribes of advanced humans were evolving on Earth under the observation of the Seeders, an expedition of Anunnaki led by Enki (“Lord Earth”), a master geneticist, departed Nibiru in search of gold and established an outpost named Eridu on Earth. Enki’s command was soon handed over to his ruthless and domineering brother Enlil (“Lord Airspace”) by their father, leader of the Sirian Rebellion and Niribu’s ruler, and Enki (also called ‘Ea,’ “Lord of the Waters” referencing the ‘water of the womb’ for his talents in genetic engineering) was relegated to mining gold from our oceans. This change of command laid the seeds for much of the conflict that would follow throughout Earth’s history. (Z. Sitchin)

Tensions ran high between the two brothers and their respective followers, and, unfortunately for Enki, he found our oceans don’t have gold. He and his workers were forced to dig for it instead, and approximately 300,000 YA, on one of Enlil’s visits to the Mesopotamian mines, the goldminers mutinied. (Z. Sitchin)

So serious was the conflict that the ruler of Nibiru and Enki and Enlil’s father, was forced to intercede. Enlil wanted the leaders of the mutiny executed, but the court that was held determined that the working conditions were too harsh and the mutiny was justified. Since the mining had to continue, Enki suggested that a primitive worker be created. Thus, the Anunnaki scientists set about hybridizing the local Earth species until a human-like goldmining force had been created. (Z. Sitchin)

However, like many hybrids, this human-like creation was infertile, and Enki saw an opportunity to ally with Man against Enlil. Using advanced Anunnaki genetics, Enki tweaked Man’s genes further, creating a tribe of ‘Adams’ and ‘Eves’ and gave them the ‘Knowledge’ (in the Biblical sense) to procreate. Enraged that the purity of the Anunnaki’s superior genetics had been tainted with that of this lower life form, Enlil cast Enki’s humans out of the ‘Garden’ he had created. (Z. Sitchin)

Enki and his unit left Terra in defeat, and Enlil took over sole management of the planet. Prince Ea always wanted to upgrade the early seeds of humans on Terra in order to study what potential they could develop. But Enlil wasn’t a scientist. He was the lead commander of the Anunnaki forces, and he had an important mission to complete: to create a hybrid slave race. Hoping that they could come back one day, Prince Ea and his group took with them a precious sample of the original Terran Hu DNA to one day repair the damages inflicted by the altering operations of the enemy of the Terran human genome. Hundreds of thousands of years of conflict followed, with the Nephilim Wars (75,000 YA), Lemurian Holocaust (52,000 YA), and finally, the Luciferian Rebellion (26,000-32,000 YA), when the scales were tipped in favor of the NAA’s campaign of global conquest, and Earth’s stargates and planetary grid fell under NAA control. It was at this point, when the advanced human races of planetary Guardians were defeated, that the NAA gained control over the current timelines of Earth, which negatively impacted the planet and the evolution of the human race to a significant degree. In their lust for power, the NAA abused advanced crystal technology by forcing massive power generators into the Earth and Crystal Caverns. Several power generators exploded and ripped apart the surface continents of the earth, killing many in the Atlantean Cataclysm (26,000 YA). Fall of Atlantis

In Atlantis, humans continued to regress under the black veil of the NAA and suffered continued psychological assaults and slaughter. Anunnaki groups called the Sons of Belial led by a priest named Thoth secretly and methodically infiltrated the Atlantian Mystery Schools in order to acquire ancient Law of One knowledge for themselves in their planned takeover of the Earth. Effectively, they were stealing knowledge crystals and meticulously copying over the Essene ancient written translations that contained the original Emerald Founder holographic records, in order to use that knowledge as a consciousness weapon against humanity.

After acquiring one of the twelve holographic CDT plates, Thoth led a militarized campaign known as the Essene Massacre (22,000 YA) against the Twelve Essene Tribes in which males of the tribes were murdered and their sacred marriage female partners taken hostage for forced hybridization breeding on Nibiru.

Now in possession of the cosmic schematics of immortality alchemy stored on the stolen CDT plate, Thoth became a revered author attributed with the information that would later become the basis of the teachings of Hermeticism and the Emerald Tablet. Thus, in human hidden history, this is the trigger timeline event that changed the future of human evolution, forming the controlled beliefs and Luciferian elitism around Hermeticism, esoteric Kabbalah, Mystery Schools, and the Secret Societies.

The first of these secret societies, the Brotherhood of the Snake, made a secret pact called the Luciferian Covenant for the purpose of the total annihilation of the historical timelines and cellular memories of humanity, to wipe out all records of highly technological human civilizations that were naturally evolving and advancing human consciousness and authentic human culture. The eradication of all of the technology, memories, histories and identities during the advanced civilization of the Atlantian colonies on the earth, is a conspiracy enacted through a blood covenant made with the Illuminati hybrid humans that make up the Power Elite and answer to the Thothian Luciferian groups. The Flood

Eventually, Atlantians experienced a polarization in their population similar to that which is being experienced on Earth today. Atlantis became the epicenter of a conflict between the GFW and the NAA, and the society underwent a bifurcation of timelines which they were unable to merge. These timelines imploded on top of one another, resulting in the Great Flood in 9700 BC referenced in over 270 cultures across the globe. (A. Collier)

This massive conflict caused widespread devastation on the planet. Our Moon was equipped with nuclear frequency generators to stabilize Earth’s magnetic field, as well as to project a geo-fence around Earth, imprisoning the NAA actors here on the planet. (D. Winter)

Unfortunately, after a time, the equipment degraded and did not withstand an attack by the Nebu. Masters of mind control technology, the Orion factions retrofitted the equipment to create a False Phantom Matrix, a holographic construct laid on top of Earth’s own holographic grid to maintain mind control illusions that we are living under certain false parameters of reality, and this prison effect was tweaked to trap human souls instead. The electromagnetic fields of human bodies and souls are an abundant supply of energy. Because the NAA entities have a corrupted consciousness, they cannot incarnate into, and therefore envy, the human form, but they have established many parasitic methods to harness the energetic lifeforce of the planet and her inhabitants. The NAA has created artificial timelines and architecture which have kept humanity trapped in a cycle of reincarnation, unable to ascend, enslaving our souls to their harvesting of this plane. Thus, with the NAA’s takeover of Earth’s quantum energy fields and the downfall of Atlantis, humans plummeted into a spiritual and intellectual Dark Age. It was from this dark period that the modern Age of Man emerged. [D16]

Ancient texts throughout Sumer, Egypt, and Hebrew nations show that in the Dawn of Humanity, fallen angels (Extraterrestrials) established dominion over the earth. The Serpent in the Garden of Eden was a reptilian-looking extraterrestrial disrupting a genetic experiment overseen by human-looking aliens (Seeders). Over thousands of years, competing extraterrestrial groups have vied for control over humanity’s timelines, NAA vs GFW. (M. Salla)

The NAA’s regressive influence over humanity, originating in Mesopotamia, spread as they established control other civilizations, such as the Egyptian nation, which seemed to appear almost overnight. Manetho, a historian of the Ptolemeic era, divided Egypt into three epochs:

1. God-Kings (8) – Osiris, Horus, Thoth – extraterrestrials
2. Demigods (8) – genetic offspring, human hybrids
3. Pharaohs – human rulers

This same motif repeats itself across the ancient world, from Persia to Rome: a hand-off of power over an entire people from God-Kings to divinely-sanctioned human rulers -OR- from NAA extraterrestrials to their genetic human-hybrid offspring, as Black-Sun DNA was seeded in cultures all over Earth and the whip was handed to the next generation of slave masters. These human rulers, members of royal reptilian and Anunnaki bloodlines genetically engineered by the NAA, ruled in their stead, trading the consent of the people they led for their own power and divinity.

In 1976, Robert K.G. Temple published a book called The Sirius Mystery, in which he provided additional support for this history, describing in detail the comprehensive astronomical knowledge the Dogon people of Mali in West Africa had of the Sirius star system, including Sirius B, the white dwarf star that is invisible to the naked eye. When this information was conveyed to explorers in the 1800’s, the Dogon explained they preserve a tradition of contact with intelligent extraterrestrial beings from the Sirius star system.

Later, this same mythology was implanted in another belief system which has already proven to be accurate in other areas of Truth: Gnosticism.

Like most religions, Gnosticism has its own interpretation of the creation myth. Author John Lamb Lash writes in his work, Archons: Hidden Rulers Through the Ages:

“In Gnostic psychology, the noetic science of the Mystery Schools, Archons are an alien force that intrudes subliminally upon the human mind and deviates our intelligence away from its proper and sane applications.

Working through telepathy and suggestion, the Archons attempt to deviate us from our proper course of evolution. Their most successful technique is to use religious ideology to insinuate their way of thinking, and, in effect, substitute their mindset for ours. According to the Gnostics, Judeo-Christian Salvationism is the primary ploy of the Archons, an alien implant.

In the Gnostic view of human society, the Archons are alien forces that act through authoritarian systems, including belief systems, in ways that cause human beings to turn against their innate potential and violate the symbiosis of nature.

Gathering the essence (lifeforce energies) is an art of great subtlety! The “negative alien plan” is, in its purest sense, STALKING.

The aim of Stalking is to create a completely controlled artificial environment composed of thoroughly predictable human behaviors – made predictable because they have been programmed to respond to cues of condition, and all of this revolves around a ‘story’ that is actually untrue and wholly misrepresentative of the real negative aim.

The primary object of Negative Stalking is to persuade, through strongly influenced but not robotic behavior patterns, the Free Choice of the targeted CONSCIOUSNESS to align with negative higher-density existence. Because, in the long run, the object is the “eating” of functioning units of consciousness by the negative hierarchy, with Free Will intact! It is not good food otherwise!

The pattern we discover is that the larger game at play here has always been over DNA. Every war on this planet has been fought, at its root, over competing eugenics experiments, the Seeders versus the NAA factions, everyone trying to design the perfect body-envelope for a particular variety of consciousness.

The regressive factions used their puppets, the world’s ruling families, to fight proxy wars on their behalf to wipe out angelic bloodlines and loosen the finger hold of the Seeders to terraform our resource-rich planet and its inhabitants to their liking, all while providing for themselves an endless buffet of human misery on which to feed… from the rise of Egypt to the fall of Egypt, from the rise of Babylon to the fall of Babylon, from the rise of Rome, to 430AD when Attila the Hun, under Ciakahrr influence, overran Eurasia to bring about the fall of the Roman Empire and the worship of ‘false gods,’ or extraterrestrials as we know them now to be, erasing their own existence from history as the civilized world was destroyed and humanity plunged into the Dark Ages.

In 600 AD, the Mohammad Accords were signed between GFW and NAA factions, in which they agreed to no longer directly appear before humanity but instead influence earth’s regional leaders.

Received NAA assistance: Ghangus Khan, Charlemagne, Napoleon, Hitler. Unending wars provided Ciakahrr with a steady of flow of low-frequency energy and ample civilian blood sacrifice.

Received GFW assistance: Martin Luther, Erasmus, Isaac Newton, John Locke, Ben Franklin. Their goal was to slowly push along technological advancements that could stimulate human development and consciousness. (M. Salla)

Hence, there followed the Middle Age of Earth, a period of ruthless famine, poverty, and Base-12 vs. Base-10 proxy wars in which battles over genetic lines waged on Earth’s surface, forcing the human race into a reverse-evolution that severed our connection to our higher, immortal selves that exist in other dimensions. Throughout the centuries, many mystery schools, secret societies, and fraternal orders, due to the nature of their NAA Controllers, proclaimed a service-to-self doctrine, and as the known world expanded, these factions, though of similar goal of a One World Order, did not always agree on exactly who should sit atop this global hierarchy. Over the past millennium, they often fought amongst themselves for power and influence, like that time there were three popes at once. This pleased the NAA Controllers all the same, as this kept the pyramid of power slim and trim with no one group getting too unreasonable to manage.

But as the global population exploded and as a whole became more educated, more connected, and more aware, a need emerged for the NAA to further cover their tracks by consolidating their power, so they brought their chickens home to roost.

In a corporate re-org, of sorts, Mayer Amschel Rothschild, architect and financer of the modern Illuminati, drew up plans with Adam Weishaupt in 1770 to bring all secret societies and fraternal orders throughout the world beneath one umbrella of power, eventually assimilating the Freemasons, the Knights Templar, the Vatican (Open and Friendly Secret Society) and the Knights of Malta. Weishaupt recruited 2,000 paid followers including the most intelligent men in the field of arts and letters, education, science, finance, and industry.  They were instructed to follow the following methods in order to control people:

1)  Use monetary and sex bribery to obtain control of men already in high places, in the various levels of all governments and other fields of endeavor. Once influential persons had fallen for the lies, deceits, and temptations of the Illuminati they were to be held in bondage by application of political and other forms of blackmail, threats of financial ruin, public exposure, and fiscal harm, even death to themselves and loved members of their families.

2)  The faculties of colleges and universities were to cultivate students possessing exceptional mental ability belonging to well-bred families with international leanings, and recommend them for special training in internationalism, or rather the notion that only a one-world government can put an end to recurring wars and strife.  Such training was to be provided by granting scholarships to those selected by the Illuminati.

3)  All influential people trapped into coming under the control of the Illuminati, plus the students who had been specially educated and trained, were to be used as agents and placed behind the scenes of all governments as experts and specialists.  This was so they would advise the top executives to adopt policies which would in the long-run serve the secret plans of the Illuminati one-world conspiracy and bring about the destruction of the governments and religions they were elected or appointed to serve.

4)  To obtain absolute-control of the press, at that time the only mass-communications media which distributed information to the public, so that all news and information could be slanted in order to make the masses believe that a one-world government is the only solution to our many and varied problems. The Secret Covenant

An illusion it will be, so large, so vast, it will escape their perception.

Those who will see it will be thought of as insane.

We will teach them that the poisons are good with fun images and musical tones.

Those they look up to will help. We will enlist them to push our poisons.

They will see our products being used in film and will grow accustomed to them and will never know their true effect.

When they give birth we will inject poisons into the blood of their children and convince them it is for their help.

We will start early on, when their minds are young. We will target their children with what children love most, sweet things.

When their teeth decay, we will fill them with metals that will kill their mind and steal their future.

When their ability to learn has been affected, we will create  and cause other diseases for which we will create yet more medicine.

We will render them docile and weak before us by our power.

They will grow depressed, slow, and obese, and when they come to us for help, we will give them more poison.

We will focus their attention towards money and material goods so that the many never connect with their inner self.

We will distract them with fornication, external pleasures, and games, so that they may never be one with the oneness of it all.

Their minds will belong to us and they will do as we say. If they refuse, we shall find ways to implement mind-altering technology into their lives. We will use FEAR as our weapon.

We will establish their governments and establish opposites within. We will own both sides.

We will always hide our objective but carry out our plan.

They will perform the labour for us and we shall prosper from their toil.

Our families will never mix with theirs. Our blood must be pure always, for it is the way.

We will make them kill each other when it suits us.

We will keep them separated from the oneness by dogma and religion.

We will control all aspects of their lives and tell them what to think and how.

We will foment animosity between them through our factions.

Thus, through gradual stages of alien invasion nonhuman forces began to insert themselves as Babylonian Kings, Egyptian Pharaohs, future Monarchs and Captains of Industry, as these same bloodlines are highly venerated today in the pyramid of hierarchical control that has been weaponized against humanity by the power elite archontic group. 1900 – The first radio signal received on earth believed by Nikola Tesla to be from extraterrestrials.
Nikola Tesla while working with his Magnifying Transmitter received a signal of patterns, what he called ‘counting codes.’ This was in fact the first cosmic radio signal ever detected.

This leaked Majestic-12 ULTRA TOP SECRET “preliminary briefing” document was released on June 14, 2017 and describes what happened as a result of Tesla’s experiments:

The extraterrestrial intelligence (EI’s) attempted to respond to his transmissions in a form of binary code that they routinely use for long range communications (evidently these energies act instantly at a distance and are not limited to the speed of light) and ask that he cease sending. Of course, Tesla had no way of understanding the message he received back from space, but we can peg this, then, as the actual start of the so-called “flying saucer age” in our times.

1905 – Banking elite JP Morgan suppresses release of Tesla’s free energy to the world

The moment JP Morgan, who was Nikola Tesla’s financier, learned that the communications project he was funding for Nikola Tesla would also bring free electricity to the world, in which Morgan couldn’t meter or control, he pulled the funding and had all of Tesla’s work dismantled, and Tesla, the man responsible for originally inventing wireless communications and the electrical power grid, both of which we use every day, became obscure in history books, giving the credit instead to Edison and Marconi.

Tesla was left penniless for his unselfish motivations to humanity so that JP Morgan could maintain his profitable control.  This is included in the timeline as an insight of the priorities of the banking elite as to whether or not they would release free energy for the entire world, against their existing vested energy empires. (D. 1914 JUL 28 – World War One The first world war lasts until November 11, 1918

The trigger for the war was the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria. This set off a diplomatic crisis. Over nine million combatants and seven million civilians died as a result of the war. Leon Trotsky was the Rothchild agent that was behind the murder of Archduke Ferdinand and also financed the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution led by Vladimir Lenin.

1917 NOV 7 – Bolsheviks take over Russian Government

Bolshevik leader Vladimir Lenin led his leftist revolutionaries in a revolt against the Provisional Government.

The Tsar Nicholas II and the Romanov family were executed by Bolshevik troops led under the orders of the Ural Regional Soviet and according to instructions by Vladimir Lenin, instigated as agents of the Rothchild banking empire. Russian mystic and friend of the royal family Grigori Rasputin, whose powerful psychic and mental abilities was able to heal the royal family of illness, was very influential in the Russian Court. It was his influence that had kept the Russian banking system beyond the reach of the Rothchild’s lecherous Banking Empire. Later, before the start of the WWI, Rasputin had come to know the Rothchild’s plans for starting the Great War. He tried to stop it. He warned the Tsar and the court, “If Russia goes to war, it will be the end of the monarchy, of the Romanovs and of Russian institutions”. (D. Willis)

JP Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Warburg

1917 - Banking cabal purchases the main newspapers to control the perception of information to the public.
The start of mainstream media control in the 20th century was initiated when JP Morgan, Rockefeller and Paul Warburg (33° Freemason) the same person who helped create the Federal Reserve in 1913. They purchased the main twenty five newspapers of the country and dictated to the editors they put in place in those newspapers, how the information was released under their guidelines and policies to control the perception of information to the public.  These policies were then later controlled and formed by the Council on Foreign Relations as they are today.

U.S. Congressman Oscar Callaway informs Congress that J. P. Morgan is a Rothschild front and has taken control of the American media industry.  He states,

“In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interest, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press…

…They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest papers…An agreement was reached.  The policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month, an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other things of national and international nature considered vital to the interests of the purchasers.” (D. 1919 JUN 28 – Treaty of Versailles signed

World War I officially ended with the signing of the Treaty of Versailles on June 28, 1919. Negotiated among the Allied powers with little participation by Germany, its 15 parts and 440 articles reassigned German boundaries and assigned liability for reparations. After strict enforcement for five years, the French assented to the modification of important provisions. Germany agreed to pay reparations under the Dawes Plan and the Young Plan, but those plans were cancelled in 1932, and Hitler’s rise to power and subsequent actions rendered moot the remaining terms of the treaty.

1920 FEB 24 – The Nazi Party is Formed
The National Socialist German Workers’ Party (NSDAP) commonly referred to as the Nazi Party is formed in Germany.

1921 – The Tavistock Institute became the center for the study of human behavior, mind control, propaganda, and social manipulation.

Created in London in 1921 by the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Tavistock Institute spread overseas with the financial help of the Rockefeller Foundation.  Its influence increased when it combined the study of anthropology, economy, organizations, politics, psychology, psychoanalysis, psychiatry, and sociology.  In secret, Tavistock guides powerful multinationals such as the Rand Corporation. It is the nerve center for the global manipulation of human consciousness and played a crucial role in the creation of the OSS (precursor to the CIA). (D. Willis)

1921 - Council on Foreign Relations
In 1921, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was formed.  The New York branch was dominated by the associates of the J.P. Morgan bank. Among the members of the Council on Foreign Relations is Allen Dulles.

The Council on Foreign Relations and the Royal Institute of International Affairs was the first alliance of Round Table Groups between the wealthy elite between Europe and the United States.

1933 JAN 4 – Hitler Comes into Power with the Financial Help of the Banking Elite

Adolf Hitler comes into power and is appointed chancellor of Germany.  On hand were prominent industrialists, at least one director of the giant Deutsche Bank as well as I. G. Farben’s Hermann Schmitz and Dr. Georg von Schnitzler representing Farben’s board of directors.  According to author Eustace Mullins, also attending this meeting were John Dulles and Allen Dulles of the New York law firm Sullivan and Cornwall, which represented the Schroeder bank. Adolf Hitler was believed to be of the Rothchild bloodline. Some researchers believe there is evidence that Hitler was initially trained by British Intelligence at the Tavistock Institute in London.

1933 FEB 27 – Nazi False Flag Operation gives Justification for War and the Suspension of Civil Liberties
Hitler in order to justify war does a False Flag operation attack on Reichstag building. They successfully blamed the fire on the Communists, and claimed it marked the beginning of a widespread terrorism and unrest threatening the safety of the German “Homeland.” After the fire Hitler invoked the German Enabling Act (similar to the US patriot act), which permitted the suspension of civil liberties during national emergencies. 1933 – Nazis Enter into an Agreement with Reptilian Draco Federation Extraterrestrials
It is claimed that the original “treaty” with the NAA was established by the Bavarian Thule and Illuminati societies as early as 1933 that shared technology with the Nazis, giving the Nazis more than a two decade lead over the U.S. in an extraterrestrial technology transfer program. (D. Willis)

Through the agreement, Nazis would get the secret space program that would come to be known as the Dark Fleet, or “Nachtwaffen”, and in exchange, the Dracos would get slave soldiers for their interstellar wars. 1934 - First prototype disc successfully flown by the Thule Society then controlled by the Nazi SS.

Dr. W.O. Schumann and his associates from the University of Munich and the Thule Society realized the development since 1922 of a working prototype a re-designed, five meter RFZ-2, which was successfully test flown in 1934 and eventually flying disc development which was eventually taken over by Division SS E-IV of Hitler‘s Third Riech. 1938 - Roosevelt and Churchill send General Donovan to Tavistock Institute for psyops indoctrination before setting up OSS.
In 1938, Roosevelt executed a secret agreement with Churchill which in effect ceded U.S. sovereignty to England, because it agreed to let Special Operations Executive control U.S. policies. To implement this agreement, Roosevelt sent General Donovan (Knight of Malta) to London for indoctrination before setting up OSS (now the CIA) under the aegis of SOE-SIS. 1938 DEC 17 – The Nazis commenced to send out numerous exploratory missions to Antarctica in preparation to build an underground base.

Over 230,000 square miles of the frozen continent were mapped from the air, and the Germans discovered vast regions that were surprisingly free of ice, as well as warm water lakes and cave inlets. One vast ice cave within the glacier was reportedly found to extend 30 miles to a large hot-water geothermal lake deep below. Various scientific teams were moved in to the area, including hunters, trappers, collectors and zoologists, botanists, agriculturists, plant specialists, mycologists, parasitologists, marine biologists, ornithologists, and many others. Numerous divisions of the German government were involved in the top secret project. After all the data was gathered, deep underground construction teams came pouring into the renamed “Neu-Schwabenland”. 1939 – Dr. Joseph Goebbels changes the music standard from 432Hz to 440Hz for the frequency of A for psychopathological discord

Dr. Joseph Goebbels, head of Nazi propaganda, has the British Standards Institute (BSI) adopt the A=440Hz standard promoted by the Rockefeller-Nazi consortium for the purposes of psychopathological discord over the more natural harmonic frequencies of musical resonance affecting consciousness such as the A=432Hz tuning preference that is mathematically consistent with the Fibonacci series of numbers, and, therefore, universal design. 1942 FEB 25 – Commander Rico Botta receives orders to Wright Field in Ohio to inspect the recovered craft
The day after the UFO craft was shot down over Los Angeles, Commander Rico Botta is ordered to Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio to report to the General Inspector of Naval Aircraft. Wright Field is where all foreign technology (i.e. anti-gravity craft) such as the Roswell craft are taken for inspection. Botta arrived on March 2, and stayed for at least two days examining the captured Los Angeles UFO craft on behalf of the Navy’s Bureau of Aeronautics.

1942 FEB 26 – Mar 5 – President Roosevelt and Chief of Staff of the Army George Marshall correspond in a series of secret memos about the crashed craft.

1942 – 1946 – Office of Naval Intelligence sets up a Covert Espionage Program to Infiltrate Nazi Germany

“First landing on the moon by the Germans was at Mare Imbrium on August 23, 1942 at 11: 26 MEZ, using a Miethe rocket. The first man on the moon was Kapitänleutnant Werner Theisenberg of the Kriegsmarine… Ever since their first day of landing on the Moon, the Germans started boring and tunneling under the surface and by the end of the war there was a small Nazi research base on the Moon.”

1942 OCT – Prescott Bush’s company is found to be trading with the enemy.
Prescott Bush, father of future American Presidents’ George Herbert Walker and his son George W. Bush, has his company seized under the, “Trading With The Enemy Act”. He was funding Hitler from America, whilst American soldiers were being killed by German soldiers. He later became a U.S. Senator.

1942 – Based on Classified Documents the Nazis knew the war was lost and made alternative plans.
Based on recovered classified documents, the Germans in the scientific community knew the war was lost as early as 1942. They decided to establish a plan for continuing the dream of the Third Rich despite the war. They decided that the establishment of a separate society founded on Nazi principles of genetic purity was the answer. Ten thousand “racially pure” women are recruited by SS officers and sent to Antarctica. (D. Willis)

1943 – Grand Admiral Karl Doenitz announces that a remote secret Nazi Base 211 has been completed for Hitler
Grand Admiral Karl Doenitz, commander of the Nazi U-boats, stated that, “The German submarine fleet is proud of having built for the Führer, in another part of the world, a Shangri-La on land, an impregnable fortress.”

1943 – Nazi Secret operations moved to the underground.

Nazi underground structures began in 1943, when the Allied gains in North Africa and Italy made the threat of imminent air raids a distinct possibility to Hitler and his elite in the mountain retreat of Obersalzber. The Nazis knew that their operations needed to have secrecy and protection from aerial surveillance and air attacks of enemy forces. The Third Reich were masters at building underground complexes which accomplished exactly that.

1943 JUL 27 – Plan established for psychological warfare in the United States from a Nazi underground network after the war.
German Foreign Office expert on the U.S., the geopolitician Colin Ross, suggested in a 15-page memorandum a “Plan for an Ideological Campaign in the United States” that Germany must recognize its inability to bring the war to a victorious end, and Ross proposed the immediate implementation of carefully planned psychological warfare to undermine the anticipated U.S. military victory. 1943 OCT 28 – US Navy conducts the Philadelphia Experiment on the USS Eldridge using Tesla magnetic generators.
The Philadelphia Experiment is an alleged military experiment supposed to have been carried out by the U.S. Navy at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia. The U.S. Navy destroyer escort USS Eldridge (DE-173) was claimed to have been rendered invisible (or “cloaked”) to enemy devices. (D. Willis)

Some researchers believe that when the cloaking technology was tried on the USS Eldridge, it instead blipped out of physical reality into hyperspace, becoming a hologram. When it became solid again, personnel were embedded in walls and floors. A few men jumped overboard, Al Billick and Duncan Cameron, and arrived at the Montauk facility in 1983, which had created a time loop with the electromagnetic pulses from each project linking them together. After being debriefed, the men were sent back to 1943. (P. Moon)

Other sources claim that the experiment was done, not on the USS Eldridge in Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, but instead on a ship named Martha’s Vineyard in Long Island Sound and that te Project was led by Robert Oppenheimer and Edward Teller. Andrew Basiago, a participant in government time travel experiments as a child, states that there was only one fatality when a soldier was impaled on a column, and that the story the public was told was a cover to hide that the physicists who brought us the atomic bomb were also working on teleportation based on Tesla’s technology from his safe (“Tesseract” being short for ‘Tesla Energy Array’). 1944 FEB – The Treasure of King Solomon and the Holy Grail discovered
Nazi Commando SS Colonel Otto Skorzeny was given orders by Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler to recover the fabled treasure of King Solomon, which was believed to contain the Ark of the Covenant and the Holy Grail from Montsegur in southern France based on the Holy Grail research work by Otto Rahn.  The Montsegur castle sits atop a mountain peak approachable only on three sides, with a sheer drop of several thousand feet on the other, Skorzeny concentrated on the impossible precipice of the rock. After abseiling down the vertical rock face, he searched for and found evidence of ancient tracks leading away from the foot of the mountain. By following these, he eventually discovered a walled-up cave, which, once broken open, allegedly revealed the treasure according to Colonel Howard Buechner, Skorzeny then sent a message to Himmler’s headquarters in Berlin:

“Eureka” (I have found it!”)
The reply swiftly followed: “Well done. Congratulations. Watch the sky tomorrow at noon. Await our arrival.”

The treasure’s fascinating history can be traced back to ancient Mesopotamia. Enormous amounts of priceless riches in the form of gold, silver, many precious gems and priceless artifacts comprised this treasure, but Solomon’s treasure also contained riches of quite a different sort, ancient scrolls, texts, and tablets upon which was inscribed some of the world’s most esoteric and occult knowledge. This knowledge had been handed down for thousands of years from the time of the world’s first recorded civilization in ancient Sumer. It was this ancient wisdom, taken from Egypt at the time of the Great Exodus, which formed the core of Cabalistic knowledge handed down through the centuries via several secret societies.

Order of the Black Sun

Himmler made exhaustive efforts around the world to seek out and harness “occult” (meaning hidden) knowledge and power for the Nazi war effort. At Wewelsburg Castle, Himmler led the secret Chapter of the Order [Black Sun], twelve elite SS members that assembled once a year. Each member had his own armchair with an engraved silver nameplate and each had to devote himself to a ritual of spiritual exercises aimed mainly at mental concentrations…. The focal point of Wewelsburg, evidently owing much to the legend of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, was a great dining hall with an oaken table to seat twelve picked from the senior Gruppenfuhrers. A US Army Intelligence File called the “Red House Report” provides important details into the German companies that worked with Bormann in the Nazi capital flight plan. The report describes how German industrialists were told to evacuate all available assets to neutral countries using hundreds of shell companies designed to hide the massive out-flow of Nazi capital and industrial resources.

1944 – Rockefeller banking corporation protects and hides Nazis
In the Martin Bormann files it is apparent that official agencies of the U.S. government are committing resources to discover the whereabouts of the infamous Nazi Party Reichsleiter, yet, clearly his existence is known to private American banking interests connected with the Rockefeller interests. In other words, those interests are acting counter to the goals and objectives of the American government, and to that extent, symbolizes the American component of the breakaway civilization with ties to the Nazis in which they assist through their agents within the US government and the OSS, as they share their mutual agenda.

1944 – Hans Kammler and Heinrich Himmler move all secret projects to South America and Antarctica.

The SS Obergruppenführer Lieutenant General and Chief Engineer Dr. Hans Kammler, along with Heinrich Himmler, was the head of all the secret projects such as the V-2 rocket and many other advanced projects since 1944, including a revolutionary engine was with anti-gravitational properties, called “Die Glocke” (The Bell). On the orders of Martin Bormann and Hitler he proceeded to evacuate of all this material to South America and Antarctica at the end of the war.

1945 APR - Hitler fakes suicide and escapes to Argentina with Eva

Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun escaped via submarine U-530 to Mar del Plata on the Argentine coast, then traveled to Nahuel Huapi Lake, in Patagonia in the highly fortified foothills of the Southern Andes mountains to live in a specially constructed Bavarian style mansion that was built in 1943.

Recently released FBI documents are beginning to show that not only was Hitler and Eva Braun’s suicide faked, the infamous pair might have had help from the director of the OSS himself, Allen Dulles (33° Freemason). The FBI who was headed from 1932-1972 by J. Edgar Hoover a (33° Freemason) who knew he was in fact living in the foothills of the Andes. In one FBI document from Los Angeles, it is revealed that the agency was well aware of a mysterious submarine making its way up the Argentinian coast dropping off high level Nazi officials, yet the FBI was not directed to investigate.

1945 MAY – Heinrich Himmler appears to have also faked his suicide and escaped.
According to Hugh Thomas a surgeon and forensic expert of international repute, claims that the man who committed suicide after his capture in Lüneburg was not in fact Heinrich Himmler. This claim is based on a number of physical discrepancies, including the apparent lack of a dueling scar on the corpse. (D. Willis)

1945 MAY 2 - Head of Nazi intelligence and his spy network of thousands cuts a deal with Allen Dulles to work within the US intelligence
Major General Reinhard Gehlen head of Nazi Intelligence surrenders and cuts a deal for himself and 5,000 Nazis against President Truman’s order six days before V-E Day. Today’s German federal intelligence Bundesnachrichtendienst BND itself is a descendant of the Gehlen intelligence network which in 1945 pass from the leadership of the Nazi SS to that of American intelligence, and eventually the CIA.

Reinhard Gehlen, known as Hitler’s spy master, had overseen a huge organization of more than 3500 spies. He knew “Early in 1944 I told my more intimate colleagues that I considered the war lost and we must begin thinking of the future…and plan for the approaching catastrophe.” Gehlen knew the Americans would cut a deal for him and his group to obtained the microfilmed soviet intelligence documents he hid throughout the Austrian Alps two months before Germany surrendered.

1945 MAY 8 – Germany Surrenders
The German Instrument of Surrender ended World War II in Europe. Victory and the end of a war that cost so many lives and hardships is what the American people wanted to hear no doubt, and what our military and politicians wanted to claim had occurred. The Nazis had a philosophy of utilizing the least amount of resources and effort to achieve a given objective, in other words working smart not hard with qualitative not quantitative superiority. With the United States, Great Britain and the Soviet Union’s massive combined military resources, it would make sense that the Germans had made a fallback plan and to infiltrate operating from an underground network utilizing the least amount of resources to overcome the enemy and to affect the greatest degree of infiltration leading to an eventual complete takeover thus accomplishing their original plan of world domination. Such a “special warfare” would have been impossible without their agents already within the United States intelligence community and the assistance from their pre-war financial structure that supported them, as well as the great amount of wealth transferred which purchased hundreds of Nazi front corporations in the US and abroad. All of which made their infiltration plan completely viable operating over time to use their “world view warfare” on the American public which would hide the infiltration and maintain the perspective that the United States victoriously won the war and the Nazis surrendered. Think again.

The ‘official’ defeat of Nazi Germany in May 1945 was in fact a ‘tactical victory’, and it masked a major strategic defeat for the ‘victorious Allies’ that was kept from the general public. A significant proportion of Nazi Germany’s political elite, their most advanced technology and fully operational ‘saucer ships’ had escaped from Allied occupation forces. (D. Willis)

Allen Dulles is instrumentally key in the Nazi infiltration, allows the escape of over 5,000 Nazis of German war crimes tribunals by providing them new identities.
Though he agreed not to hire any former Gestapo, SS or SD members, Dulles sought them out and put them on the CIA’s payroll regardless of his promise. The CIA did not stop him, which gave him the escape mechanism of the German war crimes tribunals and over 5,000 Nazis escaped mostly to Argentina and the surrounding areas in Latin America. Former OSS officer James Jesus Angleton (Knight of Malta), who later became CIA Chief of Intelligence, was the man responsible for providing the Nazis with new identities before their departure from the detainment camps. Angleton worked directly for Allen Dulles.

Allen Dulles and Nazi General Reinhard falsify Soviet intelligence reports to President Truman in order maintain funding and expand CIA operations
Gehlen falsified soviet intelligence reports in order to maintain the payroll and to keep and justify his large intelligence operation. Allen Dulles and other veteran OSS agents knew the soviet estimations were false, yet these reports were presented to President Truman who wanted to cut the military budget and dismantle the OSS which he considered to be a peacetime liability. Based on these reports Truman ceased cutting the military budget; increased spending for weapons research, military equipment, aircraft and the space program; ordered an increase in the development and construction of nuclear weapons; and most importantly to the young CIA, began pumping millions of dollars into the “black” budget for covert operations.

According to Victor Marchetti, former chief analyst on Soviet military capabilities and author of The CIA and the Cult of Intelligence, “The agency loved Gehlen because he fed us what we wanted to hear. We used his stuff constantly, and we fed it to everybody else: the Pentagon; the White House; the newspapers. They loved it.” Marchetti further explained, “Gehlen had to make his money by creating a threat that we were afraid of, so we would give him more money to tell us about it. In my opinion, the Gehlen organization provided nothing worthwhile for understanding or estimating Soviet military or political capabilities in Eastern Europe or anywhere else.”

The result was a reputed Cold War that lasted for almost half a century, and cost American taxpayers alone over $8 trillion dollars. Peacetime intelligence gathering had become big business–profitable to not only the growing intelligence organizations, but to the defense industry and the investors who financed both it and the government.

1945 OCT 1 – Project RAND established.

On Oct. 1, 1945, under the direction of James Forrestal, who was the Secretary of the Navy, several several top brass officers were brought on board, including General Hap Arnold, Edward Bowles (of M.I.T.) and a consultant to the Secretary of the War, Donald Douglas … They met in secret at the Army Air Corps [Force] Headquarters, Hamilton Field, California to set up Project RAND, a way-above-top-secret scientific think tank. It was created in … [October] 1945, as a special contract to Douglas Aircraft Company. At the Santa Monica Municipal Airport. Inside a highly classified walled-off area in the Douglas Engineering Department, Project RAND studied the implications of threatening alien agendas…. Then, on March 2, 1945, a letter of contract was executed, which put Project RAND under the direction of Douglas’s Assistant Chief Engineer, Frank Collbohm. The Douglas Think Tank was born.

This contact provided almost complete access to, and support from, nearly all of the technical individuals and organizations in the U.S…. This RAND contact thrust Douglas into fantastic, technical programs. They defined the alien threats, and researched every possible method and technical task for the people involved in Naval defense and offensive missions. They were methods designed to conceive Naval space missions and battle groups, and to design space vehicles/spacecraft carriers and weapons to combat the alien battle groups. It was to be supported technically North American Aviation, Inc, Northrup Aircraft Company, Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, SRI, MIT and Caltech. According to Tompkins, Project RAND “had the highest, secret clearance even above the nuclear bomb.”

RAND Corporation in May 1948 was the successor of Project RAND which was set up to provide a think tank to help the military services develop the necessary strategic scientific planning that would be essential for the eventual research and development of advanced aerospace technologies, especially those using antigravity and other exotic propulsion systems of either extraterrestrial or Nazi technology origin. In this transition one third of the personnel stayed at the secret think tank at Douglas Aircraft facilities while the other two thirds joined the newly formed RAND Corporation. The founders of Project RAND were the Commanding General of the Army Air Force, Henry H. “Hap” Arnold and Donald Douglas who furnished administrative services, security guards, and locked rooms in its Douglas Aircraft facility in Santa Monica, California.

Army Air Force General Arnold was also a key figure in the creation of the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit which was set up to deal with UFO crashes soon after the 1942 Los Angeles incident. General Arnold without Congressional authorization was able to award a $10 million ($790 million in 2016 dollars) contract to Douglas Aircraft Company to set up Project RAND. (D. Willis)

US Air Force takes a more visible role while the US Navy secretly develops its own program

Due to Project RAND’s funding coming through Air Force sources, the Air Force excluded the Navy from playing a leading role which developed into policy battles between the Air Force and the Navy. A conflict arose between the the Navy’s efforts to work with Douglas’ Advanced Design think tank of Project RAND with the Navy and the Air Force’s funded RAND Corporation that sought to sabotage the Navy’s efforts.

The Navy needed to disavow it’s involvement in anti-gravity research and secretly continued its own research and development work on reverse engineering the other recovered extraterrestrial craft from the Los Angeles Air Raid and the Nazi flying saucer prototypes acquired at the end of the war that were brought to its own research facilities at the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. The US Navy receives help from human looking Nordic extraterrestrials.

William Tompkins, who started working in the advanced design section at the Douglas facility in late 1950, recounts that he and his colleagues were helped by three Nordic extraterrestrials secretly posing as normal citizens, who had gained employment within the Douglas Aviation Company. He described how these three Nordics, two females and one male, provided key information about the design and construction of space vehicles without revealing their true identity.

Two French SSP recruits, Jean-Charles Moyen and David Rousseau, who spent time aboard the GFW mothership Excelsior during adolescence to hone their advanced natural abilities, confirm that Maria Orsic, one of their teachers, is a member of the Galactic Federation Worlds and had been working with the Vril to inject spiritual guidance into the German factions who were leading Earth’s technological advancements. 1945 OCT 24 – The United Nations (UN) is established as an intergovernmental organization.

The text of the “Declaration by United Nations” was drafted by President Franklin Roosevelt (33° Freemason) and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill (33° Freemason) on 29 December 1941. (D. Willis)

1946 - Rockefeller Foundation has official history rewritten to hide some of the historical facts of WWII and the banking cabal’s connection to the Nazis, as well as the connection to the occult.
The Rockefeller Foundation spent US $139,000 in 1946 (over $2M today) to present an official history of the Second World War which covered up the whole story of the U.S. bankers building up the Nazi regime as well as the occult and mystical background of the Nazis and many activities that would bring future students of history into questioning who was behind what back then and what are they doing today.

Later in 1954, a special Congressional Committee investigated the interlocking web of tax-exempt foundations to see what impact their grants were having on the American psyche. The Committee stumbled onto the fact that some of these groups had embarked upon a gigantic project to rewrite American history and incorporate it into new school text books. Norman Dodd, the committee’s research director found, in the archives of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace the following remarkable statement of purpose:

The only way to maintain control of the population was to obtain control of education in the U.S. They realized this was a prodigious task so they approached the Rockefeller Foundation with the suggestion that they go in tandem and that portion of education which could be considered as domestically oriented be taken over by the Rockefeller Foundation and that portion which was oriented to International matters be taken over by the Carnegie Endowment.

Congressional investigation found that the Guggenheim, Ford, and Rockefeller Foundations and the Carnegie Endowment were “working in harmony to control education in the United States.” Foundations linked by membership or funding to the plutocracy that once supported the Nazis. No doubt a major element in the plan for “world view warfare” was the control of education to manipulate the view of the world. (D. Willis)

1947 JAN 17 – “Operation High Jump” Admiral Byrd is sent with a military task force to destroy Nazi Antarctica base and are attacked by flying discs causing heavy damage to his armada.

In 1946, a British expeditionary force was sent to explore Antarctica and was driven back with horrible stories of a devastating event that decimated its force. A year later, the US sent the largest military operation ever mounted to go to Antarctica for the officially stated purpose of mapping the coastline. Before the start of his expedition, Admiral Byrd, at a press conference on December 2, 1946 said “My expedition is military in nature” giving no further details.

Operation Highjump was commanded by famed polar explorer and Secretary of the Navy, Admiral Richard Byrd (33° Freemason), and the mission was to destroy the Nazi Base 211 after WWII, as well as to act on information retrieved during Operation Paperclip that indicated that over 250,000 Germans, including thousands of highly qualified German scientists, and over a hundred German U-boats had gone missing without a trace after the war. The fleet was comprised of 4700 military personnel, 33 aircraft, and 13 ships, including several destroyers, troop carriers, and an Essex-class aircraft carrier called the USS Philippine Sea. The mission was supposed to last for six months, but something caused the mission to be terminated after only two months, returning in late February 1947. Several deaths were reported, and on their return, the fleet stopped in Chile where Admiral Byrd made a stunning remark to the publication El Mercurio, which wrote: “Admiral Richard E. Byrd warned today that the United States should adopt measures of protection against the possibility of an invasion of the country by hostile planes coming from the polar regions. The admiral explained that he was not trying to scare anyone, but the cruel reality is that in case of a new war, the United States could be attacked by planes flying over one or both poles.” [D7,D12]

So, what happened? According to eyewitness accounts, UFOs flew vertically out of the water and swarmed around the US Military craft, which fired on the UFOs. The ET craft then retaliated, shooting down several US planes and sinking one of the destroyers, killing sixty-eight men. [D7,D12]

Furthermore, the Farsight Institute’s professional remote viewers have confirmed the devastating events of Operation Highjump: The UFOs used laser weapons to disintegrate Navy planes and ground forces, their pilots, a mix of human and regressive E.T.s, gleeful as US Navy personnel, originally courageous, became despondent as the battle progressed to a very one-sided massacre. The Farsight Institute concluded that the Reptilians had no long-term interest in helping Nazis, but by helping them with the Antarctica Base, they got 1. A slave military force and 2. Scared the daylights out of the U.S. military and political leadership. The Reptilians weren’t actually going to let the Nazis invade the U.S. with a frontal assault because they benefitted from keeping their presence a secret, plus they didn’t want the Nazis to truly control anything. That was for them alone. The NAA  just wanted the U.S. leadership and military so frightened they would agree to absolutely anything in order to obtain advanced technology. In Byrd’s journal, he includes the flight log that provides record of the trip, leaving from the Arctic Base Camp just after 6am. Three hours into the flight, the plane’s instrumentation begins reacting strangely as Byrd passes over a previously unrecorded mountain range. After passing over the mountains, Byrd observes an expansive, green valley with a river and great forests below, along with something he describes as a mammoth-like animal roaming the rolling green hills, the possible remnants of Atlantis, which many researchers believed was located on Antarctica before a devastating pole-shift caused flooding and flash-freezing to bury the continent in ice approximately 10,000YA.

Up ahead, Byrd observes a city, and his plane is then flanked by two radiating disk-like crafts displaying swastikas that lock the aircraft in an invisible vice grip. The radio crackles, and a voice says, “Welcome, Admiral, to our domain. We shall land you in exactly seven minutes! Relax, Admiral, you are in good hands.”

When the plane is landed, Byrd find himself in a rainbow-lit crystal city. He describes meeting several Nordic-looking individuals who take him down an elevator to have an audience with the Master, who tells him:

“You are in the domain of the Arianni, the Inner World of the Earth. We shall not long delay your mission, and you will be safely escorted back to the surface and for a distance beyond. But now, Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here.

“Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarming time we sent our flying machines, the “Flugelrads”, to your surface world to investigate what your race had done. That is, of course, past history now, my dear Admiral, but I must continue on.

“You see, we have never interfered before in your race’s wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist.

“You see, our Culture and Science is many thousands of years beyond your race, Admiral. Your race has now reached the point of no return, for there are those among you who would destroy your very world rather than relinquish their power as they know it… In 1945 and afterward, we tried to contact your race, but our efforts were met with hostility, our Flugelrads were fired upon. Yes, even pursued with malice and animosity by your fighter planes. So, now, I say to you, my son, there is a great storm gathering in your world, a black fury that will not spend itself for many years. There will be no answer in your arms, there will be no safety in your science.

“It may rage on until every flower of your culture is trampled, and all human things are leveled in vast chaos. Your recent war was only a prelude of what is yet to come for your race. We here see it more clearly with each hour… Dark ages that will come now for your race will cover the Earth like a pall, but I believe that some of your race will live through the storm, beyond that, I cannot say.

“We see at a great distance a new world stirring from the ruins of your race, seeking its lost and legendary treasures, and they will be here, my son, safe in our keeping. When that time arrives, we shall come forward again to help revive your culture and your race. Perhaps, by then, you will have learned the futility of war and its strife…and after that time, certain of your culture and science will be returned for your race to begin anew. You, my son, are to return to the Surface World with this message.” [D16]

1947 JUN 16 – Operation Paperclip brings in Nazi Germany’s Top Underground Base Expert to Consult in the Creation of US Underground Bases.

Xaver Dorsch was Hitler’s top underground base expert that was brought over in Operation Paperclip to work for the US military’s “underground plant program”. He was the architect of the Nazi Germany Atlantic Wall and Siegfried Linie. He controlled 780,000 people, mostly slave labourers, in 1944.

At war’s end Xaver Dorsch was probably the preeminent expert in the world on the construction of large, elaborate, underground bases and tunnel systems. The Nazis were far ahead of the Americans in that field, as in aviation, rocketry, chemical engineering and other fields.

Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs)

Today in America alone there are over 120 Deep Underground Military Bases situated under most major cities, US AFBs, US Navy Bases and US Army Bases, as well as underneath FEMA Military Training Camps and DHS control centers. There are also many Deep Underground Military Bases under Canada. Almost all of these bases are over 2 miles underground and have diameters ranging from 10 miles up to 30 miles across! They have been building these bases day and night, unceasingly, since the 1940s. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-levity trains that have speeds up to 1500 MPH. They have nuclear powered laser drilling machines that can travel at 10mph and drill a tunnel seven miles long in one day.

The mind control program had been perfected by Edward Bernays nephew to the famed psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud.  During WWI Bernays had adapted it from German propaganda techniques.  Due to negative implications surrounding the word ‘propaganda’ because it was used by the Germans he promoted the term ‘Public Relations’ a mind control technique designed to “create news in order to appeal to the instincts and fundamental emotions of the public” Bernay declared “We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of.  It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind.” (D. 1949 MAR 28 – President Truman forces MJ-12 member James Forrestal to resign and is committed to a medical facility to silence him over disclosure dispute.

Secretary of Defense and MJ-12 member James Forrestal believed that the public should be told the truth regarding the extraterrestrial reality and did not agree with the majority MJ-12 decision.

Forrestal envisioned a world where humanity knew the truth. That humanity was not alone and that we were being visited by advanced civilizations from other worlds.

He was therefore seen by the other members as a threat to national secruity. Forrestal was ordered to be committed to a medical facility to silence him and was denied normal visitation rights. Against Forrestal’s wishes Lyndon Baines Johnson (33° Freemason), asset of MJ-12, was able to gain access to him in order to persuade and pressure him to remain silent. (D. Willis)

Air Force Secretary Symington and LeMay were firmly opposed to Forrestal’s attempt to give the Navy the leadership role in the extraterrestrial matters of MJ-12 and vehemently opposed to revealing the truth of the extraterrestrial problem to the general public. These policy disputes were a direct factor in the events that led to Forrestal’s removal as Secretary of Defense and assassination. This is the same time frame when the Navy and Army Air Force collaboration in Project RAND, through the Douglas Aircraft Company, came to an end. 1949 MAY 22 – James Forrestal murdered the day before being released to his brother.
The official story was that James Forrestal was committed for medical treatment due to a nervous breakdown. This was done after he was talking members of congress regarding the extraterrestrial issue as well as talking to hospital personnel about the Nazi Antarctic base. Forrestal was found dead after falling out of the 16th floor hospital window. Disclosure Witness Daniel Morris Salter NRO Operative with Cosmic level clearance states that Forrestal was murdered as he was planning on disclosing the truth to the public.

James Forrestal was a visionary who inspired Kennedy’s own convictions about government transparency, freedom of the press and an open society. Kennedy was exposed through Forrestal, who was a key MJ-12 member, to many classified secret government programs connected with the UFO/ET matter, including Project Paperclip.

Kennedy likely realized that a psychological warfare program was underway to the public using a policy of deception to maintain secrecy.

1949 – The 1949 CIA Act gives approval for a ‘Black Budget’ to operate outside the law

The 1949 CIA Act comprised additions to those sections of the 1947 National Security Act that dealt with the creation of CIA. The 1949 CIA Act gave a Congressional stamp of approval to the creation of a ‘black budget’ as the following sections make clear:

… any other Government agency is authorized to transfer to or receive from the Agency such sums without regard to any provisions of law limiting or prohibiting transfers between appropriations [emphasis added]. Sums transferred to the Agency in accordance with this paragraph may be expended for the purposes and under the authority of sections 403a to 403s of this title without regard to limitations of appropriations from which transferred. (D. 1950 - Newspaper tabloid owner trained at CIA psychological warfare to disseminate discrediting stories to the public on UFO/ET subject

In mid-1950 Generoso Pope, Jr. began a year with the psychological warfare section of the CIA to disseminate discrediting stories on UFO/ET subject.   In 1952 the year of the famous July sightings over the nation’s capital – Mr. Pope bought the New York Enquirer.  Then in 1954 Pope, Jr. converted the newspaper to a tabloid and renamed it The National Enquirer. From 1954 to 1966 The National Enquirer sold only on newsstands and in drugstores and focused on sex, violence and other salacious material.  Its circulation increased to 1 million.

In 1967, at a time when the U.S. government was initiating a complex process to rid itself of the public’s irritating interest in the UFO phenomenon, Pope, Jr. revamped The National Enquirer, moved aggressively to place it in grocery stores across the country, and added frequent UFO stories to the content. Photos and graphics promoting questionable UFO stories were featured on the covers of the tabloid and seen millions of times by U. S. citizens.

In 1979, Pope, Jr. launched the Weekly World News in all the grocery stores carrying The National Enquirer.

The CIA has a term called “DDT” for Decoy-Distract-Trash.  It effectively discredits real UFO news with disinformation so that the public in their mind simply trash the whole concept related to UFOs as it is seen as nonsense. So that no one will even bother to look seriously into this subject matter.

Besides discrediting stories in Weekly World News on the UFO/ET subject matter, they also focused on discrediting the reality that Adolf Hitler actually did escape, using the same effective discrediting psychological tactics. (D. Willis)

1951 – General Donovan of the CIA suppresses thousands of UFO reports submitted by General Douglas MacArthur’s ‘Interplanetary Phenomena Unit’ with top-secret gag order.

Despite the gag order, General MacArthur told the New York Times in 1955, “The nations of the world will have to unite for the next war will be an inter-planetary war . . . The nations of the Earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets.”

1951 Media – Hollywood releases the first psyops-influenced movie script “The Day the Earth Stood Still”

Hollywood releases the first movie on extraterrestrials whose content script has been coordinated through CIA/USAF psychological operations for the purpose of influencing the public’s perception about extraterrestrials.   All movies of extraterrestrial content to present day have been guided by intelligence agency liaisons to the movie industry for this purpose.

1952 FEB 1 – The Invention Secrecy Act of 1951 is enacted

Under the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951, patent applications on new inventions can be subject to SECRECY ORDERS restricting their publication if government agencies believe that disclosure would be “detrimental to the national security.” Inventions including anti-gravity or any power system that is more than seventy to eighty percent efficient at converting energy, the inventor will be issued a National Security Order stating that the invention is subject to a SECRECY ORDER. NASA Spacecraft Operator, Clark McClelland, who spoke with Operation Paperclip German scientists who told him:

“The over flights of advance very swift crafts over Washington, DC were these German advanced aircraft that totally out flew American advanced crafts. On July 12, 1952, President Truman observed several of the UFOs and was completely amazed by their capabilities of outmaneuvering the USAF and US Navy advanced Jet fighter, the F-4D. USA jets sent up to bring one down. None could fly the speed of the German Saucers.”

McClelland, also describes the role of Nazi scientists who had fled to Antarctica in relation to the 1952 Washington Flyover:

“Because I worked with the German Scientists that were brought to the USA by Dr. Werner von Braun in 1946/7. Several told me that WWII German Scientists by the many thousands escaped from Germany near the fall of Germany in WW II. They boarded advanced submarines in the Baltic Sea. They were all taken to the South Pole base located underground, in Antarctica. Some called it Hitler’s Shangri La. Those scientists created advanced anti-gravity craft that were flying in our air space for many years. And still are. They were observed over Washington, DC in 1952 by President Harry S. Truman. Yes, we did not have any aircraft that could stop these German planes from flying over our national capital in 1952. So German scientific expertise was again showing the USA who was boss.” (D. 1952 NOV 20 – George Adamski Contact in California

George Adamski claimed he traveled to a remote location near Desert Center, California, where he made contact with the occupant of a landed saucer ship. Six people that accompanied Adamski saw two UFO ships on the day of Adamski’s encounter. The first was a large cigar-shaped craft that flew overhead; the second was a smaller saucer-shaped scout craft that landed. An occupant emerged to meet with Adamski, and eventually conveyed that he came from the planet Venus and was called “Orthon”.

The exact specifications of the Haunebu craft contained in Nazi SS files were first released by Vladimir Terziski, an engineer and former member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, showing identical features of the 1943 Nazi SS Haunebu II design craft.

Could it be that Adamski’s Venusian contact “Orthon” originated from the German Antarctic base rather than the planet Venus?

1954 FEB 19 – Eisenhower has a ‘First Contact’ meeting with representatives from the GFW at Edwards AFB (Formerly Muroc AFB).

On February 19, 1954, President Eisenhower has a ‘First Contact’ meeting with Nordic extraterrestrials representing the Galactic Federation of Worlds at what is now Edwards Air Force base in California. Many have speculated that this meeting took place on February 20th under the cover of a dental emergency, but according to researcher Paul Blake Smith, evidence points to this meeting taking place the day before on February 19th.

President Eisenhower often golfed in Augusta, Georgia where he came to know the local detail of six state troopers quite well. Those six men were flown all the way out to California for the President to play golf on the 19^th. During the 1980’s, a colonel with the USAF who was present for the GFW meeting disclosed, as the last attendee still living, that Eisenhower had been surrounded by six men he greatly trusted and described the event:

Five ships arrived, three circular, two elongated. The Visitors invited Eisenhower aboard. They spoke English and knew about American culture. They voiced concerns with humanity’s treatment of the planet and the amount of nuclear weapons, along with the atomic bomb testing program, warning of the dangers of radiation and contamination (ten days later, the Castle Bravo test caused massive radiation contamination across Bikini Atoll). The GFW representatives came with an offer to join an integration program that could lead to Earth being accepted into the Galactic Federation. (P. Blake Smith)

Additionally, Elena Danaan has shared from her contacts that Eisenhower was also warned at this meeting of the coming Nebu and Ciakahrr offensive.

Research indicates that a second meeting with the GFW took place approximately one month later, one in which individuals from scientific, military, and religious institutions were invited to advise how humanity was likely to react to a potential Disclosure. One of those in attendance was Gerald Light who wrote of his experience in an April 1954 letter to friend and confidante, metaphysical researcher Meade Lane:

“My dear friends: I have just returned from Muroc [Edwards Air Force Base]. The report is true — devastatingly true! I made the journey in company with Franklin Allen of the Hearst papers and Edwin Nourse of Brookings Institute (Truman’s erstwhile financial advisor) and Bishop MacIntyre of L.A. (confidential names for the present, please). When we were allowed to enter the restricted section (after about six hours in which we were checked on every possible item, event, incident and aspect of our personal and public lives), I had the distinct feeling that the world had come to an end with fantastic realism. For I have never seen so many human beings in a state of complete collapse and confusion, as they realized that their own world had indeed ended with such finality as to beggar description. The reality of the ‘other plane’ aeroforms is now and forever removed from the realms of speculation and made a rather painful part of the consciousness of every responsible scientific and political group. During my two days’ visit I saw five separate and distinct types of aircraft being studied and handled by our Air Force officials — with the assistance and permission of the Etherians! I have no words to express my reactions. It has finally happened. It is now a matter of history. President Eisenhower, as you may already know, was spirited over to Muroc one night during his visit to Palm Springs recently. And it is my conviction that he will ignore the terrific conflict between the various ‘authorities’ and go directly to the people via radio and television — if the impasse continues much longer. From what I could gather, an official statement to the country is being prepared for delivery about the middle of May.”

Eisenhower, already entangled in a struggle with the MIC, swore the attendees to secrecy to protect the May Disclosure announcement from being derailed. Unfortunately, no plan survives first contact with the enemy.

Vatican staff member Christopher Barbato stated that another attendee of the second GFW meeting, Cardinal Francis MacIntyre, immediately departed California for Rome to share what had happened with Pope Pius XII, who would soon establish the SIV, the Vatican’s Intelligence service that investigates the Extraterrestrial Presence. With the Deep State now in the know, Eisenhower’s secret May Disclosure Plan was foiled. (P. Blake Smith)

In the summer of 1954 at Kirtland AFB, members of MJ-12 circumvented President Eisenhower’s executive power through the NSC’s covert operations programs, essentially orchestrating a coup that the American public is still governed by, yet largely unaware of, to this day.

The Greada Treaty was signed by members of MJ-12 and representatives of the Nebu (Orion Greys), giving consent for genetic experimentation on 150 prisoners in their custody in exchange for advanced extraterrestrial technology. The deal provided a top secret operations facility at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada otherwise known as the Area 51 S-4 facility as well as another undisclosed area underground near Dulce, New Mexico.

What the Majestic group didn’t realize is that the calculating mind of the Nebu is slick and unemotional. It will not hesitate to exploit any and every loophole in galactic law, and, until a recent amendment was enacted, consent given in any form was technically consent, and due to the parameters of the Prime Directive, the GFW could not intervene. Thus, the Nebu were in, and they immediately circumvented the terms of the treaty by engaging in the forcible abduction of American citizens for a Human-E.T. Hybridization Program. When the government realized they had no means to stop them, they essentially went with the flow and gathered whatever they could learn from the program.

In one fell swoop, the top members of the defense and intelligence communities, who have always had ties to fraternal organizations and the deeper elements of power in our world, removed from power the Commander-in-Chief and handed our sovereign rights to an invading force that wanted to genetically manipulate and assimilate us into their authoritarian hive mind.

Elena Danaan, who received direct communication from GFW Ambassador Val Thor, which she wrote about extensively in her work, “We Will Never Let You Down,” explains that Eisenhower was betrayed by “twelve powerful men” and the humans were played by the Nebu. The Orion Grey M.O. is to purposely seek out greedy leaders and warring governments, giving a sob story about their genes to each planet they infiltrate to make agreements for genetic harvesting/hybrids in exchange for old technology in payment. The Nebu first approached the Nazis, but they declined because they already had agreements with the Ciakhaar. Next, they approached Russia, who declined because they distrust everyone. They then approached the US – even before 1954.

Through her research, Laura Eisenhower, great-granddaughter to President Eisenhower, has uncovered evidence suggesting that even a decade before the Kirtland AFB meeting, plans were formed between the Nebu and Aleister Crowley, Winston Churchill, and Adolf Hitler for infiltration into the U.S.

Furthermore, the Farsight Institute’s remote viewing project “Presidential Meetings with Extraterrestrials” confirms that Eisenhower was betrayed regarding the ET agreements.

Jim Sparks, an abductee with near-perfect recall, details multiple occasions in his book, The Keepers, in which he was abducted to what appeared to be a military hangar on an air base in southern Nevada. He was abducted multiple times, forced to learn telepathy and interdimensional scripts, and his DNA was used to create a human-alien hybrid, a daughter, whom he met.

Some of these hybrid individuals even live on Earth among humans, appearing as much of a homo sapien as any other and possessing a human soul. Cynthia Crawford was told by her father that he had agreed to allow her mother to be impregnated without her knowledge with a hybrid child. He agreed to this in exchange for the opportunity to work on a top-secret mission with the US Army in Korea. The doctors told her mother that Cynthia was born without an amniotic sac, which they were unable to explain since a fetus cannot be carried without one. Cynthia’s twin sister, who did have an amniotic sac, was born twenty minutes later, and had completely different blood and tissue types. When the children were five years old, Cynthia’s sister was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, and Cynthia was too genetically different to donate muscle tissue to her twin. Later in her life, Cynthia had emergency abdominal surgery after an accident, and her surgeon discovered that all of Cynthia’s internal organs were located on the wrong side of her body.

Dan Sherman is a retired Air Force Sergeant and intelligence specialist with knowledge of a secret program that the United States Air Force developed to train individuals to communicate telepathically with an alien race. He, too, is a hybrid. Once he received his top-secret clearance, he was told that he was a result of a genetic management procedure that the military had done with an alien race and that he was the progeny of that particular experiment. Like many others, he was conceived normally, and then, in conjunction with the US government, this alien race abducted select American females, including Dan’s mother, to genetically manage their embryos so that the children could have an ability to intuitively communicate. Dan was told that the entire reason for Project Preserve Destiny was to train a cadre of individuals to be able to communicate worldwide and form a worldwide communications network without a dependence on electromagnetic energy. JANAP 146(C) Communication instructions for reporting vital intelligence sightings from airborne and waterborne sources forbades military and civilian pilots discussing UFO sightings that were deemed to have national security implications. JANAP 146 referred to possible prosecution under Espionage Laws for unauthorized transmission of UFO sightings reported by military and civilian pilots that fell under the official reporting mechanism established by JANAP.

1954 MAY 29 - The first of yearly ongoing Bilderberg secret meetings now begins, convened by former Nazi SS officer.

Held at the Hotel de Bilderberg in the Netherlands, (hence the name of these secret meetings) created by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands (a former Nazi SS-officer). Attending were President Eisenhower’s CIA Director, Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard, David Rockefeller, other top world financiers and other Western power leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group.  One of the early items on the Bilderberg agenda was the contact by the Star Nations. The following leaked document from 1979 titled “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars” is the doctrine adopted by the Policy Committee of the Bilderburg Group during its first known meeting in 1954. This document called for control of the masses through manipulation of industry, peoples’ pastimes, education, and political leanings. It called for a quiet revolution, putting brother against brother, and diverting the public’s attention from what is really going on. It concerns the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.

Excerpt:

If the people really cared about their fellow man, they would control their appetites (greed, procreation, etc.) so that they would not have to operate on a credit or welfare social system which steals from the worker to satisfy the bum. Since most of the general public will not exercise restraint, there are only two alternatives to reduce the economic inductance of the system.

1. Let the populace bludgeon each other to death in war, which will only result in a total destruction of the living earth.
2. Take control of the world by the use of economic “silent weapons” in a form of “quiet warfare” and reduce the economic inductance of the world to a safe level by a process of benevolent slavery and genocide.

The latter option has been taken as the obviously better option. At this point it should be crystal clear to the reader why absolute secrecy about the silent weapons is necessary. The general public refuses to improve its own mentality and its faith in its fellow man. It has become a herd of proliferating barbarians, and, so to speak, a blight upon the face of the earth.

1955 FEB 11 - President Eisenhower negotiates agreement/surrender with Nazi/Draco Alliance at Holloman AFB.
In New Mexico, a meeting was held at Holloman Air Force Base in which President Eisenhower secretly negotiated an agreement with representatives of the Fourth Reich and a group of Nazi-linked extraterrestrials from Antarctic bases described as “Tall Grays.” (P. Blake Smith)

This will come to be known as the official end of World War II. Operation Highjump made clear that the U.S. military was no match for the Draco-aligned Fourth Reich, which had already rebuilt in Antarctica and expanded its Dark Fleet off-world. The 1955 meeting resulted in the secret surrender of the United States to the Fourth Reich nation.

As stated by a number of whistleblowers, the USAF worked directly with the extraterrestrials and Nazis behind the 1955 agreement throughout the 1960s and 1970s to develop squadrons of antigravity spacecraft for a USAF-run secret space program. Robert Dean, a former intelligence officer, described the appearance of the Nordic aliens as humanoids with Nordic features, and the Greys as tall humanoids up to 9 feet tall with pale white skin, large eyes, large head, and spindly limbs. Eisenhower’s decision to approach the CIA for information about what was happening at S-4 is very revealing. It shows that the most secretive information concerning flying saucer technologies and extraterrestrial life was no longer under direct Presidential oversight, as it had been during the Truman administration.

The decision to give control over security for Area 51 facilities to the CIA, rather than any of the military services, had quickly turned into a tragic mistake by Eisenhower. This, together with the reorganization of government recommended by Nelson Rockefeller, gave the MJ-12 Group the institutional means to create its own secret space program outside of Presidential and U.S. military control. “The Plan”

After losing control to the infiltrated corporations of the military-industrial complex, President Eisenhower set up “The Plan” utilizing a secret special USMC intelligence unit. Eisenhower knew that in order to safeguard our Constitutional Republic in the future from the infiltrated Fourth Reich element controlling the corporations of the US military industrial complex, he would need to secretly create an executive order for a US Marine Corps special section intelligence unit.

The Plan envisaged by Eisenhower was that when the U.S. military-industrial complex had been infiltrated and comprised by the Fourth Reich to the extent that it threatened the future of the Republic and Constitution, the special USMC intelligence unit would be activated and take steps to rectify the situation. 1957 – Global effort to silence the truth about the powers of human consciousness to affect reality revealed.

Professor Hans Eysenck, then chairman of the psychology department at the University of London, wrote a letter insinuating that there was a gigantic conspiracy involving some 30 major universities and hundreds of the most highly respected scientists all over the world who silenced the truth about what they knew about the powers of human consciousness. 1957 MAR 16 – Valiant Thor arrives in a spaceship from Venus to meet President Eisenhower.

Around 8AM, GFW Ambassador Valiant Thor’s ship landed in Alexandria, Virginia in an agricultural field. The police took Valiant Thor to the Pentagon where he met with the secretary of defense, and later with Eisenhower, Nixon, and all the joint chiefs. Valiant Thor remained in the United States for three years. According to the book, he had been sent to Earth by the High Council to intervene on behalf of the intergalactic community. They were worried with our nuclear capabilities and how nuclear warfare could lead to the obliteration of the human race.

The purpose of Valiant Thor’s visit was to help the earth’s family to lead lives based on spiritual principles which ensure wholesome progress in all fields of endeavor including health, economics, scientific and technological advancement, justice, education and governance. This aid was refused by the American government due to economic interests that would be jeopardized, such as the pharmaceutical and energy industries.

This event was recorded by Dr. Frank Stranges in his work “Stranger at the Pentagon,” who was a federal marshal and chaplain who had top-secret security clearance at the Pentagon. Stranges’ account was backed up by Harley Byrd, the nephew of Admiral Richard E. Byrd, who worked for the Department of Defense from 1957 to 1963 and was assigned to Project Blue Book, as well as Laura Eisenhower. (D. Willis)

1959 DEC 1 – The Antarctic Treaty is signed.

The main purpose of the Antarctic Treaty, which was signed in Washington on December 1, 1959, is to ensure “in the interest of all mankind that Antarctica shall continue for ever to be used exclusively for peaceful purposes and shall not become the scene or object of international discord.” The total number of Parties to the Treaty is now 53. The Antarctic Treaty, the earliest of the post-World War II arms limitation agreements, has significance both in itself and as a precedent. It demilitarized the Antarctic Continent and provided for its cooperative exploration and future use. The treaty provides that Antarctica shall be used for peaceful purposes only. It specifically prohibits “any measures of a military nature, such as the establishment of military bases and fortifications, the carrying out of military maneuvers, as well as the testing of any type of weapons.”

Mysteries in Antarctica

This interest in Antarctica has not faded through the years. More recently in this past decade, Lockheed Martin won a $2 billion contract to provide logistical support for the US Antarctic Program beginning April 1, 2012, awarded by the National Science Foundation. Why, you ask, is an aerospace corporation providing logistical support for the US Geological Survey? Because they also provide support for the Department of Defense, NASA, and the Department of Energy who have programs operating on the continent, far out of the public eye.

In 2016, both John Kerry and Buzz Aldrin visited facilities there. Unfortunately, after tweeting an image of a pyramid structure with the text, “We are all in danger. It is evil itself,” Aldrin, 86, had to be medically evacuated to Christchurch, NZ . What could the Apollo 11 astronaut, the second man to walk on the Moon, have seen or experienced which would have caused his condition to deteriorate?

And what kind of research are they doing down there, anyway?

Perhaps, witness accounts can shed light on this subject.

What did the NSF scientists witness in Antarctica that left them in such a state of shock? Two abductees may be able to shed light on this.

April Malloy experienced many abductions, at least five of which were for reproduction purposes. She accounts her rape by an aggressive reptilian being who held her down with clawed hands. The event was witnessed by a group of beings that included human faces along with different species of aliens who watched silently as they stood in a circle around her. Of this account she describes, “The weird thing was, I couldn’t close my eyes. It was having to physically have your eyes open, see this being, feel it, hear it, smell it. Very, very real.”

Another hybridization program abductee, Niara Isley, stated of her similar experience of rape: “I’ve since really tried to delve into that to try to figure out, Why do they have people watching? I think it was to increase the level of trauma for me. And I think some of the people there watching didn’t want to be there watching, but they may have been scientists working on things. And they may have been forced to watch that to know what would happen to their wives or their daughters if they ever talked about what they were working on.” [D9]

People should not be afraid of their governments, yet yours is collaborating with alien entities against you, then threatening the reporters and experiencers who speak out. It is far past time for this to stop. In the United States, citizens are protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution, and it is similar in many other democracies around the world.

Firsthand accounts of these crimes are essential. If even one of the stories is true, then the entire game has changed for the COC. This is a situation where the skeptics must be right every single time. The believers only have to be right once, and there are thousands of unexplained cases and unanswered questions. The world is a fundamentally different place than you believed it to be, but to get to the bottom of what is really going on in the hidden places of your world, you will need to band together and demand full transparency. 1961 APR 27 - Kennedy gives a speech on the dangers of secrecy.

President John F. Kennedy knew of the infiltrated control elements and was planning to disclose it to the American people.  Kennedy gave a speech about being opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means through infiltration and the dangers of secrecy and the importance of media informing the public.

“The very word “secrecy” is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it.

For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

1961 APR - NASA sponsored Brookings Report further supports denying UFO/ET evidence to the public

Commissioned by NASA “The Brookings Report” submitted to congress a report titled “The implications of a discovery of extraterrestrial life” where they essentially concluded in brief that:

1. Our current structure of society could disintegrate with new unfamiliar ideas about life
2. Long held and sanctioned Religious beliefs could be disrupted
3. That there would be nothing to learn from an advanced intelligent race
4. Advanced knowledge from ETs would ruin some of the long held theories of scientists

1963 MAY 30 – Kennedy visits the grave James Forrestal
Forrestal envisioned a world where humanity knew the truth. Humanity was not alone – we were being visited by advanced civilizations from other worlds. This was shared by Kennedy’s own intellectual belief about the importance of government transparency and opposition to secrecy.

President John F. Kennedy signs Executive Order 11110 in an attempt to abolish the Federal Reserve system. JFK issued $4,292,893,825 “United States Notes” to replace “Federal Reserve Notes”. After his assassination all of these were called out of circulation by LBJ.

1963 SEP 20 – Kennedy initiates effort for a cooperative space effort with the Soviet Union and sharing of UFO files
President Kennedy launched a ground-breaking initiative to get the USSR and USA to cooperate in joint space and lunar missions .

Kennedy who will instruct the CIA to release classified UFO files to NASA as part of the cooperative space effort with the Soviet Union. If Kennedy had succeeded, there would have been a joint space missions to the moon and greater sharing of classified UFO files between the CIA, NASA, and the Kennedy administration. This effort would have ensured eventual public release of classified UFO files by both the U.S. and USSR.

1963 OCT 11 – Kennedy orders a withdrawal from the Vietnam war.
President John F. Kennedy signed National Security Memorandum no. 263 which ordered 1000 American advisors home from Vietnam by December 25, 1963, and that the remainder of the U.S. Military be withdrawn by 1965. An action with Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson disapproved of.

After JFK’s assassination LBJ signed National Security Resolution no. 273 which completely reversed JFK’s plan for complete withdrawal from Vietnam and instead escalated the massive military buildup in Vietnam.

1963 NOV 12 – Kennedy sends memo to NASA for “Cooperation with the USSR on Outer Space Matters”
President Kennedy issued National Security Action Memorandum (NSAM) No. 271 on November 12, 1963. The subject header was “Cooperation with the USSR on Outer Space Matters,” memo unclassified to NASA administrator James Webb (33° Freemason) expressing a desire for cooperation with the former Soviet Union on mutual ‘outer space matters’. 1963 NOV 12 – President Kennedy sends a TOP SECRET MEMO to CIA requesting the release of information on UFOs

Kennedy issued an ultimatum to MJ-12 to dismantle the illegal drug trade and that he planned to publicly reveal the extraterrestrial presence, end the dependence on the Federal Reserve and stop the Vietnam War.

These requests by Kennedy represented the trigger to execute the MJ-12 assassination directive written previously by Allen Dulles.

Kennedy’s memorandum to the CIA was relayed to James Jesus Angleton who controlled access to the most highly classified UFO files in the U.S. and was in direct communications with MJ-12. Angleton followed a Top Secret/ MJ-12 set of directives, one of which was a cryptic assassination directive.

In case any senior U.S. official did not cooperate with MJ-12, the directive sanctioned political assassination. The leaked document is smoking gun evidence that former CIA Director Allen Dulles was involved in drafting and approving, along with six other MJ-12 members, an “assassination directive. ”

1963 NOV 22 – President John F. Kennedy is murdered in Texas
This marked the beginning of complete MJ-12/ Corporate control over the U.S. government and much of the intelligence community.

1963 DEC 22 – Former President Truman expresses a disturbing concern of the unchecked powers of the CIA
One month later after JFK’s assassination former President Harry S. Truman (33° Freemason) the man who initially created the CIA with no congressional oversight stated:

“For some time I have been disturbed by the way the CIA has been diverted from its original assignment. It has become an operational and at times a policy-making arm of the government” and that it had “become a government all of its own and all secret.  They don’t have to account to anybody.”

Astronaut Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon, publicly states on February 18, 2004: “a “cabal of insiders” in the U.S. government were studying recovered alien bodies and that this group had stopped briefing U.S. Presidents about extraterrestrials after John F. Kennedy.

1964 AUG 2 - Gulf of Tonkin False Flag event starts involvement in Vietnam War
Indications show this was a false flag event for war involvement in which over 58,000 US military died, mostly young men, as well as over 1.6 million Vietnamese deaths.

1965 - Base discovered on dark side of the moon

Sergeant Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force with a top-secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia. While working at a NSA facility he witnessed photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed clearly detailed artificial structures of domes, mushroom shaped buildings and towers. 1965 JUL – Project Serpo – A Zeta Reticuli Exhange Program for 12 Earth Astronauts

According to a retired government employee that contacted researcher Victor Martinez, the lone survivor of the Roswell crash, an EBEN (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) from planet Serpo of Zeta Reticuli, arranged for a dozen military specialists to participate in an exchange on their home planet. The astronauts were tasked with gathering as much intelligence as possible on all aspects of life on Serpo, including their society and political agendas, the Eben technological capabilities, and the Eben’s home. The ten men and pair of women were scheduled to remain on Serpo for a decade and then be transported back to Earth for a debriefing. It is believed by some that Steven Spielberg gained access to this information as inspiration for his movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”.

1966 AUG 9 – Condon Committee further supports denying the UFO/ET reality to the public.

1967 APR 1 - In a Secret CIA psyops dispatch the Label “Conspiracy Theorists” is used to discredit anyone who challenges the “Official” narrative.

This dispatch states “The aim of this dispatch is to provide material for countering and discrediting the claims of the conspiracy theorists.” The CIA Document #1035-960 dispatch was marked “psych” – short for “Psychological Operations” or disinformation – and “CS” for the CIA’s “Clandestine Services” unit. It instructed agents to contact their media contacts and disparage those originally criticizing the Warren Commission findings and label them as “Conspiracy Theorists”. The document reveals that this term has been deliberately given associations of craziness, as though conspiracies do not happen.

The document stated: “Our ploy should point out, as applicable, that the critics are…
(I) wedded to theories adopted before the evidence was in
(II) politically interested,
(III) financially interested,
(IV) hasty and inaccurate in their research, or
(V) infatuated with their own theories.” (D. Willis)

1969 JUL 20 – NASA Apollo 11 lands on the Moon; Indications are that the Moon is not uninhabited.

According to researcher Timothy Good, the following astonishing conversation was picked up by amateur ham radio operators that had their own private receiving facilities that bypassed NASA’s broadcasting outlets. At this time, the live television broadcast was interrupted for two minutes due to a supposed “overheated camera”, but the transmission below was received by a number of ham radio operators:

Armstrong: What was it? What the hell was it? That’s all I want to know!”
Mission Control: What’s there?… malfunction (garble) … Mission Control calling Apollo 11 …
Apollo 11: These babies were huge, sir!… Enormous!… Oh, God! You wouldn’t believe it! … I’m telling you there are other space-craft out there … lined up on the far side of the crater edge! … They’re on the Moon watching us! …

According to accounts by Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and former chief of NASA Communications Maurice Chatelain, after departing Apollo 11, Armstrong and Aldrin encountered UFOs on the Moon. Only moments before Armstrong stepped down the ladder to set foot on the lunar surface, two UFOs hovered overhead. Edwin Aldrin took several pictures of them. Some of these photographs have been published in the June 1975 issue of Modern People magazine, according to Chatelain. Aldrin also took color film footage of alien craft which was confiscated by the CIA upon their return to Earth.

At the 2001 National Press Club Event, NASA Employee Donna Hare testified that the Apollo astronauts saw a craft (UFO) when they landed on the moon and that the astronauts are not allowed to talk about it. She also confirmed that NASA airbrushes E.T. craft out of its photos. That same day, Karl Wolfe testified that he had seen photos of a base on the dark side of the Moon.

CIA Newspaper Tabloid makes the absurd claim that the “Moon Landing was a Hoax” as a diversion to hide the full truth.

The tabloid publication Weekly World News, whose owner Generoso Pope Jr. was trained at the psychological warfare section of the CIA to disseminate discrediting stories, provided a distortion of part of the truth in order to hide the deeper full truth of the Apollo landing event.

Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey” set production may have been needed to substitute studio production for the live feed to prevent the people of Earth from seeing what Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were witnessing with their live cameras. The clearly produced studio footage had numerous discrepancies pointed out by researchers of the Apollo film. However, by diverting the public’s attention away from the real secret regarding the alien presence on the moon by saying the entire “Moon Landing was a Hoax,” the psychological effect on the public was that any claim counter to the official narrative sounded preposterous and therefore shunned any further investigation. Most stunning is the account of William Tompkins who, at the time of the Apollo Moon landing, was working for TRW, a company responsible for a range of critical components used in Apollo spacecraft.

During the Apollo 11 Moon landing in July 1969, Tompkins states that television cameras from the Apollo Lander provided a live feed of what was being witnessed by Armstrong and Aldrin. Tompkins stated that Armstrong and Aldrin were met by a fleet of extraterrestrial spaceships that were ominously close to the Apollo Lunar Lander: The Landing Module (LEM) actually impacted the Moon surface in the Sea of Tranquility Crater, which had tremendous size vehicles parked around part of its rim. When astronaut Neil Armstrong made that First Step for Man on the Moon he looked up to the edge of the crater and said to mission control: “There are other ships here, they are enormous.” The public did not hear that statement or see the massive alien starships. Armstrong panned his camera in a 360 degree motional all around the crater and the CIA then classified the information as way above top secret.

Tompkins says an alien voice was clearly heard over the Apollo 11 radio transmission: “Finish a total of six of your Apollo missions; take your photos, pick up some rocks, go home, and don’t come back.” How this threatening action by one or more extraterrestrial groups effectively put an end to the Apollo program, as well as the Navy’s covert Nova program for manned Moon bases, is described by Tompkins this way: “The NO TRESPASSING sign went up. With the program over, everybody went home, and nearly all 400,000 NASA and contractor employees got the pink slip.”

What Tompkins clearly outlines he saw happen via the NASA live feed of the Moon landing is consistent with HAM radio intercepts of the live feed, and the claims of former NASA employee Otto Bender. According to Bender, the Apollo 11 astronauts transmitted that they were being watched by large alien vehicles. Bender confirmed that HAM radio operators had indeed intercepted VHF signals transmitted from Apollo 11 to NASA’s Houston headquarters, which NASA screened from the public.

In a speech given by Neil Armstrong at the Apollo 11 25th Anniversary at the White House in 1994 he said:

1970s

1970-1983 – Project Pegasus and the Montauk Project experiment with Time and the exploitation of the human psyche.

Project Pegasus was a first-generation descendant of the US time-space program that began after Nikola Tesla’s research was taken upon his death in early 1943. The project experimented with teleportation-based time travel utilizing the theory of quantum displacement. The primary subjects of this study were children, as the negative radiological effects were theorized to be less serious on youth than adults, when in actuality, the effects were only delayed. Many children who participated in the program suffered many chronic health conditions and often, early deaths. (A. Basiago)

The Montauk Project was a Nazi-run clandestine project under the USAF that worked out of an old Air Force base on the eastern end of Long Island, New York. A direct link connects Montauk to the Philadelphia Experiment in 1943 and involves twenty year loops that fit naturally within the Earth’s biorhythms. The Montauk, Project used 300,000 ‘expendables,’ like Stewart Swerdlow. These were citizens, many times children, taken for experimentation. Most did not survive. (P. Moon)

Scientists led by Preston Nichols discovered that radio signals in the 425 to 450 Megahertz range enabled one to get ‘inside’ the human consciousness to allow for mind control attempts. The Project employed the Sage Radar system, which could alter the frequency and pulse of the radar set, making a person laugh, cry, angry, or sleepy. As a side effect, it was found the the general mood of the whole base would change to follow the signal output of the Sage Radar. Tests allowed the scientists to create a wide variety of effects, depending on the settings fed into the transmitter. Programs were written that would allow the researchers to do more than simply create mood swings. They found that they could increase the crime rate, incite violence, and cause mass panic among animals.

Additionally, the Project advanced the use of devices with a wide range of neural capabilities, from mind-reading to mind-control and neural engagement, as well as the Montauk Chair which was capable of opening portals through time. (D. Willis)

The Montauk Project ended on August 12, 1983 after a reported supernatural catastrophe, a la ‘Stranger Things’ (whose original title, quite literally, was Montauk). At the end of 1984, cement was poured in all of the elevator shafts and the base was abandoned for the final time. A park now sits on the land.

E. Howard Hunt, CIA Operative

1972 JUN 17 – Watergate Scandal and the documents that could reveal the most vital secret of the “Alien Presence”

Five men were arrested for a bungled break-in at the Democratic National Committee offices at the Watergate Hotel in Washington, DC. CIA operative E. Howard Hunt, Jr., who was also involved during the Kennedy Assassination, directed the break-in on orders from the Nixon White House to recover secret documents. Hunt asked his attorney and friend Douglas Caddy to secure defense for the burglars. In 1975 after two years of federal Watergate investigations, E. Howard Hunt was charged with conspiracy and sentenced to serve 33 months.

Before going to prison, he requested a farewell dinner with his friend Douglas Caddy. During the dinner, Caddy pressed Hunt for the true reasons behind the Watergate burglary to retrieve those secret documents, in which Nixon would be willing to sacrifice his Presidency, in fact his entire political career, to keep hidden. According to Watergate attorney Douglas Caddy the following conversation ensued with Hunt:

“And he once again nodded assenting, I thought.  I said, “Well, Howard, this is not enough of a reason to burglarize the Democratic National Committee. There’s got to be another reason why you went in there?”
He hesitated for a moment and said, “Yes. Well, there was another reason. We believe there were Cuban government reports in the Democratic National Committee that were connected to the Kennedy assassination.”
And I said, “Wow! Cuban government reports that would give us information about the Kennedy assassination?”
He said, “Yes.”
I said, “Well, what do you think was in those reports?”
At that point, he just held up his hands and went like that and said, “No more questions.”
I thought, Well, this is the last time I see Howard. I’m going to make one more stab to see if I can get something here, you know?
And I said, “Howard, why was John Kennedy assassinated?”
He (Hunt) said, “John Kennedy was assassinated because he was about to give our most vital secret to the Soviets.”
I was stunned by that. And I said, “Well what was that?”
At that point he leaned forward and looked right in my eyes and he said, “The alien presence.” And reached out and shook my hand and then turned and walked away. That was the last time I saw Howard Hunt.” (D. Willis)

Military Coup ousts Nixon

When the Watergate scandal broke, President Nixon was confident that he could not be impeached. Majesty Twelve had a different agenda. Nixon was ordered to resign, the intelligence community rightfully concluding that an impeachment trial would open up the files and bare the secrets to the public eye. Nixon refused.

The first military coup ever to take place in the United States was carried out. The Joint Chiefs of Staff sent a Top Secret message to the Commanders of all the U.S. armed forces throughout the world. It stated, “Upon receipt of this message you will no longer carry out any orders from the White House. Acknowledge receipt.” This message was sent a full five days before Nixon conceded and announced publicly that he would resign on August 9, 1974. (W. Cooper)

1975 – A Swiss farmer is given metal samples from Pleiadian extraterrestrials.
A Swiss farmer named Billy Meier claimed to have contact with a woman named Semjase from the Pleiades who gave him metal samples for analysis. When shown a photo, Meier identified Semjase as Maria Orsic/Jessica from Douglas Aircraft.

A clear conclusion emerges: Billy Meier’s contact case involved meetings with the Orsic/Vril faction of the German Secret Space Program that was promoting a philosophy of cosmic peace and unity.

Steven Spielberg releases “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”.  Spielberg wanting the film to be as accurate as possible hires Dr. Allen Hynek of Project Bluebook to give an insight into actual events that took place in 1964 in New Mexico where alien craft is alleged to have landed on the desert, and that a team of 12 human officers boarded the ship and took off on a trip to a distant alien world (based on Project Serpo).

In a 1978 interview for the journal Cinema Papers, Spielberg stated regarding his production of Close Encounters of the Third Kind:

“I really found my faith [in UFO reality] when I heard that the government was opposed to the film. If NASA took the time to write me a 20 page letter, then I knew there must be something happening. I had wanted cooperation from them, but when they read the script they got very angry and felt that it was a film that would be dangerous. I think they mainly wrote the letter because Jaws convinced so many people around the world that there were sharks in toilets and bathtubs, not just in the oceans and rivers. They were afraid the same kind of epidemic would happen with UFOs.”

1981 JAN 20 – President Ronald Reagan inaugurated.

President Ronald Reagan (33° Freemason) (Knight of Malta) met with CIA Director William Casey (Knight of Malta) and a select team of advisors at Camp David to be specifically briefed on the subject of unidentified flying objects and extraterrestrial visitation of planet earth. This Transcript 27a was made between March 6 and 8, 1981. It reveals that along with William Casey, Reagan was briefed by an agency operative introduced simply as “The Caretaker”. This man claimed to be custodian of the UFO secrets for thirty-one years, and that he had briefed Presidents Nixon and Ford as well. President Carter, he said, was not in the ‘loop’. The caretaker revealed…

“All the debris and EBEs (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities) recovered from the first crash site were taken to Roswell Army Air Field, Roswell, New Mexico. EBE was treated for some minor injuries and then taken to Los Alamos National Laboratories, which was the safest and most secure location in the world. Special accommodations were made for EBE. The debris was eventually transferred to Dayton, Ohio, home of the Air Force Foreign Technology Division. The second crash site wasn’t discovered until 1949 by some ranchers. There were no live aliens at this site.  All this debris went to Sandia Army Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The NSC felt open disclosure could lead to nationwide panic if all information about UFOs and alien visitation was released. As well, the caretaker explained that public awareness of ongoing research and exchange with captured aliens could seriously “jeopardize the future space program of the United States. Releasing our secrets about UFOs and alien visitation would alsocause a panic among religious leaders around the world. Therefore, MJ-12 decided that an independent scientific study of the UFO phenomena would be needed to satisfy the public curiosity.” (D. Willis)

The Caretaker revealed an important operation developed over the years to safeguard UFO information. “We call it ‘Project DOVE’. It is a complex series of Public Relations operations by our military intelligence agencies to dis-inform the public.  As you know, Mr. President, we have some highly classified aircraft. In order to keep these aircraft secret, we tend to convince, at times, the public and press that maybe UFOs are real in order to make the public think what they are seeing are actually UFOs instead of our own secret aircraft even though we know maybe some of the sightings are of actual UFOs. As I said before, this is complicated, but it is a form of counterintelligence. We give the public some actual facts and let them run with it.”

The briefing also revealed the influence of “… All productions of UFO-related movies. This helps the public to keep their minds open, but also allows us to keep our secret aircraft away from the public’s knowledge.” 

“The first movie, ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still’ was a cooperative venture with the United States Air Force and the movie industry. We also provided the basic subject matter for the movie ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’.” 

A few additional sections of interest by the “Caretaker” from the Reagan transcript:

“The United States felt relatively sure the aliens’ exploration of Earth was non-aggressive and non-hostile. It was also established that the aliens’ presence did not directly threaten the security of the United States. Secondly, the public was beginning to believe that UFOs were real. The NSC felt this public feeling could lead to a nationwide panic if we disclosed everything we knew about UFOs and alien visitation.”

“In the 1976 MJ-12 report, it was estimated that the aliens’ technology was many thousands of years ahead of ours. Our scientists speculated that until our technology develops to a level equal to the aliens, we cannot understand the large volume of scientific information we have gained from the aliens’ craft. This advancement of our technology may take many hundreds of years.”

1981 MAR 30 – President Ronald Reagan is shot in an assassination attempt.

On March 30, 1981, President Ronald Reagan and three others were shot and wounded by John Hinckley Jr. in Washington, D.C. as they were leaving a speaking engagement at the Washington Hilton Hotel. The assassination attempt, if successful, would have resulted in then-Vice President George H.W. Bush moving up to the top spot. 1985 AUG 20 – The Iran-Contra Affair
The Iran-Contra Affair was a secret U.S. arms deal that traded missiles and other arms to free some Americans held hostage by terrorists in Lebanon, but also used funds from the arms deal to support armed conflict in Nicaragua. This ULTRA TOP SECRET “preliminary briefing” for President Reagan was created by the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Office of Counter Intelligence. In this document are listed four basic types of EBEs so-far confirmed:

A. Earth-like humanoids. There are several variations more-or-less like ourselves. The majority of these are friendly and are the bulk of our EBE contacts. Most have a high degree of psychic ability and all use science and engineering of an advanced nature.

B. Small humanoids or “Grays”. The Grays, so–called for the hue of their skin possessed by most of this type, are a sort of drone. They are not unlike the worker ants or bees…. They are mostly under the psychic control of the Earth-like humanoids who raise them like pets (or a kind of slave). Assuming the Greys are under benign control, they are harmless.

C. Non-humanoid EBEs. These are in several classes and come from worlds where dominant morphology took a different evolutionary course. Many of these are dangerous not for organized hostile intentions, but because such creatures do not hold human life as sacred…. Thus far, contact has been minimal with only a handful of unfortunate encounters.

D. Transmorphic Entities. Of all the forms of EBE studied so far by Operation Majestic, these are the most difficult to understand or even to give a description of. Essentially, such entities are not “beings” or “creatures” … exist in some either dimension or plane which is to say not in our space or time. They do not use devices or travel in space…. In essence these entities are composed of pure mind energies. … They are said (by other EBEs) to be capable of taking on any physical form that they “channel” their energy … as matter.

UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world.

The Agenda 21 is not considered to be law under Article Six of the United States Constitution. President George H. W. Bush (Freemason) (Skull and Bones) was one of the 178 heads of government who signed the final text of the agreement at the Earth Summit in 1992.

1993 JAN 20 – President Bill Clinton inaugurated.

President Bill Clinton (33° Freemason) (Knight of Malta) made a very strange request to close family friend and lawyer Webster Hubbell:
“If I put you over there in justice I want you to find the answer to two questions for me:
One, who killed JFK?.
And two, are there UFOs?”

Bill Clinton as quoted by senior White House reporter Sarah McClendon in reply to why he wasn’t doing anything about UFO disclosure.

1993 DEC – Director of Central Intelligence is denied access to presidential inquiry on UFO files.
With his high interest in the UFO subject, President Clinton asked his CIA Director James Woolsey to see the classified files on UFOs. The Director of Central Intelligence James Woolsey was denied access to the classified UFO files. Frustrated that he, as the head of the CIA, was being denied access, he sought authority on the subject in the civilian sector since it was apparent that the chain-of-command structure within the intelligence community had been somehow affected or compromised from within. So in order to learn more outside of this structure, he contacted the director of the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) Dr. Steven Greer.

Disclosure Project

After meeting with CIA Director Woolsey, Dr. Greer established the Disclosure Project to bring together over five hundred witnesses from the military, intelligence, and corporate sectors whose corroborating stories they would be willing to share under oath before a congressional hearing.

1994 – President Clinton’s assistant asks Dr. Steven Greer to personally move forward on disclosure instead of the president
A Deputy Assistant to the President by the name of Kevin visited Dr. Steven Greer at his home in Virginia. While they were discussing the possibility of the president to move forward on disclosure, the response was “Look, we are afraid that if Bill Clinton does what you’re recommending, he will end up like Kennedy.” Initially Dr. Greer started to laugh at his response, thinking he was making a big joke, but it wasn’t a joke, he stated he was serious.

1995 AUG 28 – Alien Autopsy film released to public.

Much debate regardless has ensued over the films authenticity. More than a decade later documents reveal that the film team were threatened and made to change their story to it being a recreation in 2006.

Newly leaked documents indicate that Dr. Kit Green confirmed that the Santilli “Alien Autopsy film/video is real, the alien cadaver is real, and the cadaver seen in the film/video is the same as the photos Kit saw at the Pentagon during briefing # 2.”

1997 APR 9 – Vice Admiral Tom Wilson is Denied Access – Gives permission to publicly disclose these illegal operations.
Dr. Steven Greer and former Apollo astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell have described an interview they had with Vice Admiral Tom Wilson in 1997, when Wilson was J-2; head of the Intelligence division of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. When advised of various SAPs involving possible extraterrestrial technology, Wilson was denied access to these by attorneys representing corporate contractors citing he did not have a “need to know.” To Dr. Greer, he said:

“Well, as far as I am concerned, if you can get people who know about this matter to talk on the record, you have my permission to go to the media with this. This group is illegal.”

1999 – France publishes the Cometa Report Titled UFOs and Defense: What Should We Prepare For?

2000 SEP – The Project for the New American Century publishes “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategies, Forces, and Resources For a New Century.”

The controversial 90-page report recommended, “Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event––like a new Pearl Harbor“.

2000 - Over 450 witnesses have gone on record with the Witness Archival Project
By the year 2000 Dr. Greer had collected over 450 military, intelligence and corporate witnesses that have gone on record with the Witness Archival Project including myself, since he had the meeting with the CIA director in 1993.  These hundreds of witnesses which include Admirals, Astronauts, Generals as well as top secret military in all branches of service and the intelligence community, are willing to testify under oath before a congressional hearing.

2001 MAY – Hollywood releases the patriotically stirring movie “Pearl Harbor.”

Eight months after Project for a New American Century released its “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century” report which claimed the transformation the group sought would be a prolonged process “absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor,” Hollywood releases their box-office hit, ‘Pearl Harbor,’ which earned nearly $450 million worldwide. 2001 MAY 9 – A World Disclosure Event happens at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. 

Out of the 450 witnesses 21 were willing to state that they would testify under oath before congress in front of the 22 cameras of the major networks of the world. This two-hour event was the most watched live press event in the history of the National Press Club, despite the first hour being electronically jammed from outside the press club. Someone didn’t want the public to hear what was being disclosed.

The event was briefly reported on by CNN, BBC, CBS, Fox and many other outlets in a “limited hangout” format, which is a term that, according to Victor Marchetti, a former Special Assistant to the CIA Deputy Director, is “spy jargon for a favorite and frequently used gimmick of the clandestine professionals.” Marchetti went on to describe how a limited hangout works: When their veil of secrecy is shredded and they can no longer rely on a phony cover story to misinform the public, they resort to admitting — sometimes even volunteering — some of the truth while still managing to withhold the key and damaging facts in the case. United We Stand – Support Our Troops
After 9-11, it seemed as though an unusually huge (unofficially) government sanctioned marketing campaign spread across the United States in every state, in which you saw vehicles with bumper stickers and even official government offices across the country displaying posters on the wall with “United We Stand” and “Support Our Troops,” implying that if you are not with the “official 9-11 story,” you are not “United” as standing with the country in the war against terror.

To further repel probes that questioned the official story, President George W. Bush publicly stated, “You are either with us, or you are with the terrorists”.

Bush Family Legacy – All of the Bush family generations are Skull and Bones members. George W. Bush’s grandfather Prescott Bush attempted in 1933 (the year the international bankers financed Hitler into power) along with Rockefeller and J.P. Morgan, to seize control of our government and replace it with a fascist regime that would create death camps to rid of the undesirables according to their fascist eugenics principles. The only reason this did not happen was due to whistle-blower hero USMC General Smedley Butler who infiltrating the plot and exposed them. Grandfather Prescott Bush was also active in funding the Nazis during the war and had his company seized in 1942 under the “Trading With The Enemy Act”. George H.W. Bush was also deeply involved and has an extensive history. Four generations of Bushes have been instrumental, along with other Wall Street and international bankers, in creating and financing a series of great enemies (including the Soviets, the Nazis, Ho Chi Minh, Saddam Hussein, and Osama bin Laden). They and their international business partners, which typically include enemy leaders, have reaped tremendous profits from the wars they have orchestrated. The Bushes have been intimately involved in all the most profitable businesses, including banking (usury), energy (oil), sales of illicit drugs, and weapons/intelligence. 2001 NOV 1 – President George W. Bush signed Secrecy Executive Order 13233 to hide his administrations records and all the way back to his father George H.W. Bush during the Reagan administration from the public.

This Secrecy Order ends 27 years of Congressional and judicial efforts to make Presidential papers and records publicly available. 2002 OCT 1 – Initial Intelligence reports indicate Iraq was not a threat to the US.

The CIA sent President Bush its 2002 National Intelligence Estimate, a classified Top Secret report NIE 2002-16HC, October 2002, Iraq’s Continuing Programs for Weapons of Mass Destruction. Page eight clearly and unequivocally says that Saddam Hussein was not an imminent threat to the security of this country. In fact, the report says that Hussein would only use whatever weapons of mass destruction he had against us if he feared that America was about to attack him. Later that week on Oct. 4, the revised unclassified report called “The White Paper” where the opinion that Saddam Hussein was not a threat according to 16 intelligence agencies was completely deleted.

2003 MAR 20 – Iraq War begins with the invasion of Iraq
In early 2008, a study by the nonpartisan Center for Public Integrity documented 935 “false statements” by the Bush administration in the months leading up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. “Nearly five years after the U.S. invasion of Iraq, an exhaustive examination of the record shows that the statements were part of an orchestrated campaign that effectively galvanized public opinion and, in the process, led the nation to war under decidedly false pretenses,” An example of using the mainstream media for the “engineering of consent” utilizing fear with statements like “it could come in the form of a mushroom cloud” in reference to the terrorists.

Like the Vietnam War before it, that was based on a lie, the Iraq War was also based on a lie costing death and suffering to countless lives, destroying countries at the expense of trillions of dollars. (D. Willis)

So, why was the US military in Iraq? The real reason behind many past – and current – conflicts, you will find, is advanced technology. Simply put, the US invaded Iraq to acquire access to Planetary Stargates, an ancient Hall of Records, and advanced E.T. technology being held in the archives of the Baghdad Museum.

According to William Henry’s research in his 2003 text, Cloak of the Illuminati, Saddam Hussein believed himself to be the reincarnated soul of the ancient warrior-king Nebuchadnezzar II, one of the most powerful rulers in the world, whose mission was to rebuild Babylon. In the Book of Revelations, Babylon is rebuilt to be destroyed during the Period of Judgment.

In March through to May 2003, the outskirts of Basrah were the scene of some of the heaviest fighting in the beginning of the Iraq War. British forces, led by the 7th Armoured Brigade, took the city on 6 April 2003. This city was the first stop for the United States and the United Kingdom during the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Likewise, regarding the conflict in Ukraine, the existence of multiple ancient, activating Space Arks has been reported to exopolitics expert and investigator Dr. Michael Salla by U.S. Army insider “JP.” In February of 2022, JP became aware of the existence of another Ark and relayed to Dr. Salla the coordinates of Oleshky Sands, Ukraine (46°35’19″N 33°03’01″E), which sits fifteen miles outside the urban center of Kherson. Consequently, Kherson was the first major city to fall to Russia, which occurred only one week after the invasion began.

2003 – Hall of Records discovery catalyst for NATO’s Eastward Expansion

The Iraqi assets were not the only ones being acquired in the early 2000s. The same year as the Iraq invasion, CIA satellites equipped with ground-penetrating radar discovered an ancient Hall of Records located in the Bucegi Mountains of central Romania, several hundred meters below an ancient rock carving of a Sphinx.

The Pentagon contacted a high-level Freemason from Italy with occult knowledge named Signore Massini to approach the head of Romania’s Paranormal “Department Zero,” Cesar Brad. The U.S. had the technology to open the Hall of Records, but Romania had the territory. Initially uneasy, Brad agreed to work with the US with the long-term goal of outmaneuvering them down the line. When they eventually forced their way into the Hall, a forcefield activated, killing several and sending a signal out to other ancient hubs across the planet.

The Hall of Records located in Iraq, now under US official-military control after the recent invasion, was alerted by this signal, and thus, President Bush. Until then, the investigation into the Romanian Hall of Records had taken place without the knowledge of either head of state, which now both became involved. According to the great-grandson of John D. Rockefeller and former Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Jay Rockefeller, the internet represents a serious threat to National Security, stating, “It really almost makes you ask the question would it have been better if we had never invented the internet.”

Proposed by Sen. Jay Rockefeller for the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 Senate Bills number 773 and 778 would allow Barack Obama to “order the limitation or shutdown of Internet traffic” and give government access to information “without regard to any provision of law, regulation, rule, or policy restricting such access” in times of declared emergency. Provisions are also included for creating an Office of the National Cybersecurity Advisor, who would report directly to the president. The bill would give the Commerce Department absolute, non-emergency access to ‘all relevant data’ without any privacy safeguards like standards or judicial review. The broad scope of this provision could eviscerate statutory protections for private information, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Privacy Protection Act, or financial privacy regulations.

2009 – President Obama assigns professor the task of “Cognitive Infiltration” to counter conspiracy theories.

Former Chicago and Harvard law professor Cass Sunstein, who in 2009 was appointed by President Barack Obama to direct an important executive branch office, had in 2008 co-authored an article containing a plan for the government to prevent the spread of anti-government conspiracy theories, in which he advocated the use of anonymous government agents to engage in cognitive infiltration of these groups in order to break them up. A petition with thousands of signatures was sent to the White House saying…

“We, the undersigned, strongly urge the President of the United States to formally acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and immediately release into the public domain all files from all agencies and military services relevant to this phenomenon.” Hundreds of military and government agency witnesses have come forward with testimony confirming this extraterrestrial presence. Opinion polls now indicate more than 50% of the American people believe there is an extraterrestrial presence and more than 80% believe the government is not telling the truth about this phenomenon. The people have a right to know. The people can handle the truth.

The White House responded with:

“The U.S. government has no evidence that any life exists outside our planet, or that an extraterrestrial presence has contacted or engaged any member of the human race. In addition, there is no credible information to suggest that any evidence is being hidden from the public’s eye.” and “the odds of us making contact with any of them—especially any intelligent ones—are extremely small, given the distances involved. But that’s all statistics and speculation. The fact is we have no credible evidence of extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.” (D. 2013 APR 29 - The Citizen Hearing on Disclosure – Involved former members of the U. S. Congress to witness over 30 hours of testimony from 40 witnesses over five days. The event was the most concentrated body of evidence regarding the extraterrestrial subject ever presented to the press and the general public at one time. Witnesses representing ten countries gave testimony in Washington, DC to six former members of the United States Congress about events and evidence indicating an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. Stephen Bassett is the man behind this commendable effort.

One of the hearings speakers, researcher and disclosure advocate Richard Dolan, stated the following at this hearing:

“The basic idea of the ‘breakaway civilization’ is simply that you have a secret group, a classified group of people, with access to radically advanced technology, radically advanced science, and they just don’t share it with the rest of the world. One scientific breakthrough leads to another, and that leads to another and so on. So the next thing you know, you have a separate group of humanity that is vastly far beyond the rest of the world.”

“I should think that members of the breakaway civilization might despair of ever educating the rest of humanity on what is going on. Their own reality is probably so far beyond our own, they may rightfully ask, how can they bring us up to speed without causing a worldwide psychological meltdown?”

Richard Dolan also admits that ‘UFO Disclosure’ has moved far beyond the purview of government control; that UFO secrecy is now maintained and managed by ‘private interests’.

It’s obvious that there is a power structure behind every president. You look at every president of the last almost 50 years and really every one of them got into office because one man named David Rockefeller nodded his head and said, yes, that man’s going in.

In Jan 2014 a classified Edward Snowden FSB report claims a “US-Alien-Hitler” Link. Edward Snowden states that this information is providing “incontrovertible proof” that an “alien/extraterrestrial intelligence agenda” is driving US domestic and international policy, and has been doing so since at least 1945.

Snowden stated that there “were actually two governments in the US: the one that was elected, and the other, a secret regime, governing in the dark.” The documents “confirming” that the extraterrestrials behind the secret regime are the same alien race behind the stunning rise of Nazi Germany during the 1930’s and that the agenda of these negative aliens is being implemented by the secret regime, which calls for the creation of a global electronic surveillance system meant to hide all true information about their presence here on earth.

2014 APR 3 – President Bill Clinton on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

President Clinton (33° Freemason) spoke about extraterrestrial life, confirming the ‘We are not alone’ narrative while continuing to deny any evidence of extraterrestrials, stating, “If we were visited someday I wouldn’t be surprised,” Clinton said. “I just hope it’s not like ‘Independence Day.’”

Clinton went on to discuss some of the potential benefits to an alien invasion, framing his argument around the 1996 sci-fi disaster movie Independence Day.

“It may be the only way to unite this increasingly divided world of ours … think about all the differences among people of Earth would seem small if we felt threatened by a space invader.”

Kimmel asked whether President Obama had tried to get to the bottom of the “UFO files” about the mysterious desert region known as Area 51. “The aliens won’t let it happen,” Obama joked. “You’d reveal all their secrets. They exercise strict control over us.” But President Clinton once said he’d checked on the matter and found nothing, Kimmel protested. “That’s what we’re instructed to say,” Obama responded.”

Bush in support of a fundraiser for his son’s Jeb Bush presidential campaign, a man in the crowd raised a question which led to a surprising response by the former president and CIA director. 2015 NOV 25 – Obama Signs Law H.R. 2262 Protecting Corporate Crimes in Space until 2022

President Obama signed into law a bill that provides Federal legal protection for U.S. corporations involved in space mining. Obama’s action is presented as protecting U.S. corporate interests from “harmful interference” for space mining ventures anticipated to begin around 2025. Yet there is compelling evidence that the true intent is to protect corporations, up to the end of 2022, from prosecution for their ongoing criminal abuses in decades-long secret space mining and galactic slave-trade operations.

A number of international legal scholars have pointed out that the Space Act is potentially illegal insofar as it contravenes the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, which explicitly prohibits the commercial exploitation of outer space.

2016 FEB 9 – John Podesta writes “Our Secret Plan” in a forwarded email from Tom Delonge to Jennifer Palmieri the Director of Communications for Hillary Clinton’s Campaign.

In the future WikiLeaks emails of John Podesta, it appears Podesta is onboard with a “Secret Plan” working with Tom Delonge, that appears to want to influence the perceptions of youth to the UFO/ET matter in a way supported by USAF/NASA/CIA connections Delonge has interacted with for his information source. Indications are that this USAF/NASA/CIA supported by Clinton’s Campaign is a “limited hangout” form of disclosure they are propagating through Delonge’s “To the Stars Academy” utilizing major mainstream media outlets such as the New York Times that broke the USS Nimitiz UFO story in Dec 2017 that was heavily propagated by all of the controlled major mainstream media outlets.

2016 MAR 4 – Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich told Fox News that the establishment is scared of Trump because… “he didn’t belong to the secret society.”

Given this decision by the Bilderberg group to support Hillary to further their future agenda, and that the mainstream media also attends these Bilderberg meetings, it follows that their powerful influence through the mainstream media will be in full support of Hillary and do everything it can to discourage voters from voting for Trump. 2016 OCT 18 – Anonymous Leaks Document Recommending False Flag Alien Invasion to Salvage Clinton Campaign.

This leaked document claimed to come from the Benenson Strategy Group, which describes itself as a “strategic research consultancy that marries language expertise with innovative research to frame choices so that your brand is the only answer,” on behalf of the Clinton Foundation which reveals that Hillary’s Presidential Campaign is in dire straits due to mistrust over mainstream media coverage and polling. The document analyses a number of salvage scenarios and recommends one called FIRESIGN which is a false flag extraterrestrial invasion using advanced holographic technology:

“The FIRESIGN scenario is that of an invading extraterrestrial force of nearly
incomprehensible scale (massive floating cities descending, god-sized “walkers” among the clouds with terrifying weapons, wheels of fire and eyes, etc.). This phenomena, when activated will bring electoral and social systems to a halt and, in afflicted areas, will permit a narrative wherein POTUS is able to “Call a halt” to the invasion and then “hand over the torch” to Clinton, providing a basic continuity of state.” (M. 2017 OCT 10 – Tom Delonge introduces To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science disclosure effort.

Tom Delonge who once gained a large public audience as a musician in Blink 182 has been given access with his contacts to information within the USAF and CIA intelligence community, which he published in his book Sekret Machines.

In this public presentation featuring individuals from Lockheed Skunkworks and the intelligence community, they allude to the hope of developing such space program technologies in the future. This is in direct contradiction to what was disclosed by the Head of Lockheed Skunkworks, Ben Rich, who stated back in 1993 that “We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an Act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity…Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do.”

What was also unsaid is that such individuals have worked in classified aerospace projects where these very space-time technologies have been successfully developed, and are operational in secret space programs, as insiders including former aerospace engineer, William Tompkins, have been revealing.

According to Dr. Michael Salla, last year DeLonge met with Tompkins, who recently passed away on August 21, 2017. After hearing some of Tompkins’ testimony about an alleged US Navy Secret Space Program, DeLonge got up and left the meeting which was also attended by former McDonnel Douglas scientist, Dr. Robert Wood, who has played an important role in verifying Tompkins’ information.

Thus it appears that DeLonge couldn’t believe that his team of government and military insiders would have been denied knowledge of such a Navy run space program if it was genuine. Nevertheless, evidence continues to grow that both the Navy and US Air Force have their own separate aerospace programs using space-time technologies.
